Fresh options, not a long wait and actual healthy selections available. Give the lemon herb tofu a try!

They catered our lunch at CSC serviceworks on the 9th of March and the food was exceptional.

If you’re a salad lover then come to Cheffies! My 3rd time there and I been looking for a place with good salads for over a year! Bingo! My new place. It’s spacious, everything is fresh, friendly staff, outside patio and great entertainment! Get the experience…?

BEST SALADS IN THE WORLD!Staff are warm, and friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.I highly recommend Cheffie's, and will definitely be returning there soon!!! ???

This visit was spolied by the temperature in n the restaurant. My fingers were cold throughout the meal and we saw the thermostat was set on 66.

Good food and great service! Definitely a little pricey for a sandwich or a salad, but the menu has many options and the space is nice and clean.

Had read another reviewer's suggestion about requesting a "rough chop" when ordering a salad and the review was spot on.Got the Greek Salad - opted for the smaller size as the larger was more family-sized. Great-tasting salad (made a Happy Bowl)! Will definitely be back to try more from their menu!

Ordered no blue cheese dressing or crumbles and had both on the salad once home. Please fix your online ordering because it is never working for the high point terrace location and u can’t request a topping be removed. No one double checked the order or listened when I called in.

Wonderful to be able to get a healthy made to order salad and enjoy the spacious tree covered patio.

In Memphis, with all the great barbecue and fried chicken and burgers, you need to mix in a salad every so often otherwise you'll be dead before you're 40. Now, I don't always eat $12 salads for lunch -- but when I do, I prefer Cheffie's. If there is a better salad place in Memphis I've not found it. (Stop here if you're looking for an opinion on their sandwiches; I've never had one.) The greens are always fresh. My go-to salad is the Greek salad, as it uses the 'mixed greens' (little bit of lettuce, little bit of spinach, little bit of dandelion weeds or whatever else -- it's good) and has all the toppings I'd likely order anyway (feta, tomatoes, kalamata olives, diced peppers, etc.). Dressings are flavorful if not terribly innovative and feature all the usual suspects, made at the restaurant like they should be. They will chop the salad for you, which is nice.PRO TIP: Ask for a "rough chop". That will leave your salad still looking like a salad. If you just say "chopped" they WILL chop that stuff up until it's almost pesto and it looks like they chewed it for you. I don't know why people like it like that but each to his/her own.But the salads are really good. They also have beer and ice cream because Memphis.
