The Carrabba's in our town closed a number of years ago, so we like to find them and eat there when we visit other cities. We visited a little after noon and there was plenty of parking. Our waitress was very friendly and quick. We probably had all of our food within 7 minutes. The appetizer, bread, and salad were great! The entree wasn't as good. The noodles were cold and the lasagna was cold as well and was hard on the edges. The food wasn't the best but the service was phenomenal!

Great food, kid friendly. Cannoli cake a must!

My boyfriend and I ordered 2 entrees tonight for curbside pick up. One was excellent. One was TERRIBLE. I had the Tuscan grilled chicken and paid extra to have fettuccine Alfredo on the side. The chicken had been butterflied unevenly so the middle was super thin and the sides were thick. It was bland (where’s the Tuscan spice?!) and DRY, like chewing paper towels. The Alfredo was also completely unseasoned and tasted like straight cheese. We know they can do Alfredo well because our second entree also included Alfredo and it was delicious! We called to complain and they said the only thing they can do is put our name on a list for a free replacement of the same entree, but that is the LAST thing we want. I’ve paid way less for way better food and way better customer service so we will not be returning to Carrabba’s.

Conner was an amazing waiter! Super nice and refilled our drinks fast. Gave great recommendations on the menu items.

Every time I give this location another chance, they never fail to disappoint me. Logan, believe it or not, every black person that has a complaint is not trying to scam you. I do, however, expect my food to look like it was prepared that day, and not the day before. The attached photo is what my Italian classics trio dish looked like after they replaced the first dish, which was totally void of sauce. I had already been waiting forever, so when they brought this poor excuse for a meal, I just accepted it. It was luke warm and the cheese was barely melted, but they supposedly just made this! It looks like a public school lunch, but that may be an insult to public school food. Hopefully this can be a learning experience for both them and I, which results in them providing a higher quality of service than I received.

Excellent service and the food was great! My steak was cooked perfectly

it's a grown and sexy dinning place with quality food but could really use a change in how they prepare their Calamari

10/10 my steak was PERFECT. Everything was seasoned to perfection! The customer service was unmatched! Definitely one of my new favorites!!

My boyfriend and I went for a belated Valentine's dinner and had a wonderful time. There was a wait when we arrived, so it took us longer than I would've liked for us to get seated. But once seated by Garrett, he was very attentive and came by to check on us often! The food was amazing. Everything was delicious. My boyfriend and I did the $60 Four-course meal for two and it is MORE than enough food. I got the Fettucine Carrabba and it was delicious, the chicken was so tender. We both had plenty left to take home and eat as lunch later this weekend.Could tell the short staff was affecting them a bit but everyone was working very hard to make things go smoothly.Thank you again to Garrett!

My wife and I dinned-in the day after Valentine's. We arrived just before 6PM. We were pleasantly greeted and promptly seated. Our waitress was polite, knowledgeable of the menu including specials and was also attentive during our dining experience. The food was no less than stellar, I would compare it to any upscale establishment. We both had the 16oz ribeye medium along with a house salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and spinach. The bread was also nice served with whipped butter. Actually, we were so full that we had no room for dessert. Maybe next time for we will most certainly return.
