Sat in drive thru for over 30 min to get the wrong food, no condiments, wasnt the same fish and it was COLD! But what really is the icing on the cake i have called over 15 times and tgey have the phine off the hook!!!!
Pleasant. The person at the window said the seafood sampler was no longer available but they had a “green” sampler. It has all the same items. I ordered it and when I got to the window to pay I asked what’s the new name and he said seafood sampler!!!!
The fish is very different from what I normally have. The breading was thick and not flavorful. The pieces were bigger but not better. The fish was very thick...not flaky at all. It broke like it was fake. Not very appetizing meal...and I usually love Captain D's. That new fish recipe (if it's fish at all) is horrible!!!! The cashier was not very nice.
This location has the WORST customer service ever, I have NEVER been mistreated this badly and I was spending MY MONEY. I went to the one in Southaven on Stateline Rd and the young ladies in that one was so nice. I am a MUSLIM woman and wear a hijab everywhere I go and I do feel as if that played a part in how I was treated don't waist your time go somewhere else because the the young girls in Memphis doesn't deserve to be in customer service
The worst experience at Captain D's ever fish was terrible I tried to show the Mgr .on duty or tell her what the problem was she was not helpful she wasn't cordial just very defensive also green beans was not cook all the way .The Mgr on duty said they have a new fish if that is the case I will not be buying anything there anymore you all have lost my business for good.

The person at the drive window was rude. I ask for extra tartar sauce she said everything in the bag & closed the window. I sat there trying to tell her I wanted extra(which means I wanted more than what was in bag) she turn & walked away & did not return. With a 10 piece metal I only recieved 1 tartar sauce. This fish was so small & tasted like it was cooked in old,old grease. The hushpuppy were not cooked all the way. I was so disappointed with this order & I will never return to this location

Went to Captain D's on my break as I was craving the lobster rolls, which I had at another location about a week ago. When I made it to the speaker, all the girl said was "Go ahead", which should've been my first red flag.I proceeded with my order and paid for it - she still didn't speak or thank me, which was still fine as I was hungry. However, when I opened my food the rolls were so smashed together I thought it was only one and literally had to check my receipt.After pulling apart the poorly made lobster rolls and room temperature french fries, I proceeded to call the restaurant to speak to management but got no answer. I will not be going back to this Captain D's for a long time, if ever...
