I would recommend, but don’t expect the best customer service. Food and coffee are great, service is lack luster from (some) employees. To the point where the short lady working the coffee bar brings the drinks to the table and just sets them on the table without a simple, “enjoy”; just walks off with no straw to drink for my iced coffee from a 16oz cup, where those types of glasses require a straw. Finally, the food comes, and cutlery isn’t even given. What’s going on? Yes COVID hit hard, but proper supplies are supposed to given when operating a restaurant, am I right?
We had the tofu scramble and added potato hash. Very yummy! Unfortunately my wife’s had a small piece of meat in it which is absolutely disgusting!! The server was kind enough to take her scramble of the bill. They offer gluten-free bread as well. The veggie sausage has egg white. Hope they’ll keep adding more vegan options. The vegan pancakes get great reviews. If you order a cafe latte and expect something like you would get at Starbucks order extra milk (many none dairy options!) with it. We had an oat milk latte which was great but rather Italian style cappuccino meaning strong! We added hot oat milk to it which made it perfect for us! They use Illy beans which are some of the best espresso beans you can get!
Loved it! The coffee was seriously so so good. I got the chocolate chip pancakes and chicken biscuit and they were both amazing. Service was great and I loved the atmosphere!
This was a girl’s day out, and we’ll definitely be back!
We had a large group, table reserved week ahead, but was not ready when arrived. Food was ok, not great, orders were wrong and food not hot. We have been many times to this cafe, and think probably just over-crowded morning after marathon? Waiter forgot to bring things (like coffee, cream, syrup) several times.
Was looking for a good breakfast joint during my visit to Memphis and boy did we find it! Such a chill atmosphere, great coffee, and stellar food! The Funky Salmon was off the wall!
Just the kind of breakfast place we love. The coffee was EXCELLENT and the breakfast menu was varied, interesting and the dishes we had were wonderful. I highly recommend the Rachel’s wrap. Delightful in every way. The fresh fruit was, indeed fresh. Lovely orange sections, kiwi and grapes in my bowl. My husband had the Whole 9 Yards with excellent cheesy grits and loved it. We had a cappuccino, latte and then regular coffee. Did I mention it was all EXCELLENT? Our waitress, Karen was there serving the whole place alone, but still gave us efficient, great service. We didn’t have to wait long for anything. She’s a gem! They have a cute patio area and it was warm enough to sit out with our dog. We’re only in town a couple days, but I’m guessing we’ll eat here every morning we stay. Highly recommend!
Food delicious. Place was packed. Server excellent. Bacon did not arrived, saved me some calories! Definitely go again and again!
