The service sucks here for me. Went in at 2 w my son to watch the game at 2:30. After 20 min not even a hello from a waitress I went to the bar to ask for an beverage and have the table cleaned. Someone cleanes the table and I was told a waitress would be over. Ater 45 min I asked the waitress if someone was going to take my order she stated "you have a drink we assume you are being served w an attitude." Good for me I am blessed with patience so went back to bar to order my son's meal. Met some awesome fans and had a great time socializing but we all had the same complaint. Bad service and waitress with attitude. You have to do better, I will definitely pick somewhere else to watch future games.
Food was good. But they didn't have some dishes available which were on the menu.The ingredients for a lot of drinks were not available. The hand made cocktails were also not available. Overall the staff was very good and friendly.
I don't know how many food/cleaning violations I can find just in the dining area. Been here once and this place smells bad and no value for cleanliness. I sat for half an hour and left without eating anything as no one bothered to ask if I need anything - drink, menu. BWW should look into its franchise policies and implement here soon.
The waitress we had a little disability which wasn't a problem but it was a little hard to understand her when its already noisy inside and hard for her to understand us. The only downfall was she never came back to fill our drinks we were so thristy. I'm happy they gave her a job we all need to work but having her take orders isn't good now seating people is a good position for her cause she'll still have a job.
Sat at the bar with Chantel and she was fabulous. Very fast and polite and the food was delicious!
Ordered my food online and which told me it would be 45 minuters or so before it would be ready for pickup. I Arrived at the store inquired about order told it wasn't ready and waited about 45-50 minutes until finally I told them if they had not started in my order to cancel it and just refund. The manager came out with an attitude and then my order miraculous appeard. If course it was cold like it had been sitting for a while. Sigh. Its been a long time since I've seen a more disorganized major restaurant chain. I wish I could give them minus stars on the rating.Had to come back and add more as my order was not correct.
Management is horrible, I don’t know how these managers are where they are. Cooks are on drugs highly, barely even able to walk and management does nothing about it. Only about 2 workers can do their job right. Corporate really needs to come and check this out because this is not safe!
Absolutely never again. Server drama between them and the GM was well aware and talked about throughout the night. Foul language, RUDE tyrant as a GM ... Our server was amazing but there should be absolutely no reason my server comes up to my table in tears because the manager was so rude to everybody. I already sent corporate a message hopefully I get a reply
I'm honestly very disappointed in this restaurant. The food I received for my order was stone cold. The fries were so hard when I bit them and swallowed, my chest started hurting. They look old on top of that. The wings were a 10pc and they look old to. They were hard, chewy, and rubbery. From what I've got today I will never eat from this establishment again.
The food and service were actually very good during my visit, too a moment for our waiter to drop by but once he did he was very attentive. Food and drinks came out quickly and correctly. The reason I give it a three star is the place is starting to smell like the kind of dive bar no one wants to go to, the smells of stale sweat and urine seem to be steeped into the place as an undertone. As with anywhere the smell fades as you stay longer but it isn't exactly a pleasant beginning to your stay.
