The reason my partner is smiling so much is I ordered the Mango Habanero Wings. Didn’t think much about that flavor being 3rd from the top brilliant I ate them. Would be better called Habanero Mango. Still good although getting through 10 of those just wasn’t going to happen. I made it to four. Yep bet all an enjoyable lunch. Light crowd on a Monday right at 12. Good service today.
Was in there Sat 3/12. Atmosphere has changed a lot. There is a lot of friendly people. Restrooms were clean as well as restaurant. Food was fresh and hot . We actually got it pretty quickly. There was one person that stood out. She was a runner. She was very pleasant and friendly. She is a great team member. Our sever got rude with her. The runner just smiled and continued being friendly and getting us what we asked. The runner kept refills cuss our server didn't.
I like thier diverse sauce and the half deal offs. Waiters were always nice and attentive. And I like the atmosphere. Good to hang out with friends.
I ordered my food online after being on the road for over 8 hours and was looking forward to a hot meal. We order around 9:17pm and the asap pick up time was 10:10pm. We figured it was busy due to super bowl which is fine. We watched the tracker that let's you know when your food is ordered, being prepared and ready. Around 9:50pm my fiance decided to head over and pick our food up especially since we aren't familiar with the area. Not even 2 minutes after he left the tracker said the food was being prepared. He was back to our hotel before 10pm with the food(the tracker still said the food was being prepared) and when we went to eat our food was not only made wrong but cold. Seriously annoyed would have been better off getting food else where.
We called our order in for pick-up. Our Wings were NOT fresh. I spoke to the manager. She supposedly had our order remade. For the 2nd time our wings were NOT fresh out of the grease, but somewhat better. YOU have LOST our busines!
Normally good service but be on the lookout for Shawon. He won’t let you use the new text payment system. Reason why he is stealing from people.Manager did do a good job in forcing him to return the money he took.Edit: response to BWWDone before my review posted here. As I said manger did a good job. The spiked football drink was delicious. The cheese curds were good. However, rest of meal was mediocre. Service not so good.
Well, I was in there on 1-7-22 at night and when I walked in the door I was greeted with this unwelcomingly demeanor from one of your staff members, white, male, average height, slim, brown hair, early 20s. He had a very disapproving facial expression as if I didn't belong there, he all but said it. Eventually, he spoke to me and I told him the name on my order and when he went to hand it to me, he pulled back when I reached for it and said can you confirm it. If you need me to confirm it that's fine, I understand, just say that from the beginning, but acting like you're going to hand it to me and then pull away is a game . I'm too grown for that. I'm not going to say it's because I'm black, I'm not going to say that. I'll just let you tell me what you think. Thank you for your attention.
I ordered food Togo and it said online it would be an hour b4 it was ready so I was like ok I'll run some errands till my pick up time I get there and I had to wait another 20 minutes b4 my order was ready at this point I could have set down at the restaurant to eat cause the wait time for a table was just as long which is why I opted to order online in the first place but whatever I could get past that I know it's hard times and places are short handed but when I show up to pick my food up at pick up time and get there and they tell me I have wait another 20 minutes my food should be hot when it comes out Instead I got cold over cooked chicken and fries that tasted old! Definitely not worth the price or my time. Not happy with this experience
They got both orders wrong & when they took the food back to fix the order all they did was scrap the wrong items off the dish and brought it back to us leaving the food cold and 1 order was still wrong. When ask for the coleslaw that was supposed to on the sandwich they brought a cup of cabbage not coleslaw. Ordered 2 beers & it took over 30-45 minutes to get it. Worse food ever for bdubs. So sad
