Loved the calamari
Great food. Very disappointed about the happy hour. You can only get happy hour at the bar. They have 4 bar stools at the bar and a table for 6 that is reserved every single time we come. Which means 4 people get happy hour.
From the time we walking in the restaurant the service didn’t go well. The host was about to seat a guest that came in after us. Than the waitress served the white couple before us and they were the same guest that came in after us. She messed up our order and we had to wait longer for the appetizer. Salads came out late right before the food. We were not pleased with this restaurant
We always loved Brooklyn Bridge and have bee going since 1999, but the pizza we got tonight was not the pizza we have always been getting! Did they change chef, or the dough was totally different from the past. Please make it like the old days, and we we definitely need to try it again.
My daughter made the effort to make a reservation at this restaurant to assure they were able to be served in time to get to prom. They arrived at 550pm for 6pm reservation. They finally left the restaurant at 720pm without eating. That is unacceptable when you have a reservation. Don't trust this place if you have somewhere important to be!
it was our prom night last night and we made reservations at 6. we saw other tables that got there after us get their food before us. it was ridiculous. the appetizer sampler we got was horrible. when we asked to take it off or only pay half because we ate maybe two bites at most, they said no. we will NEVER return to this restaurant.
I had never been here. My mom loves it. Was so excited. Went to their website, made a reservation for 645. Had dinner with a friend. Food took a little while, but that was fine. Food was great. At 9, a lady came by, snatched the checkbook up and said “we’ve been closed for over an hour, so we really need to clean up. Let the bartender know when you’re leaving so they can unlock the door”. MAN, was she the foulest, angry person I’ve come across in a WHILE. No “hey I’m just gonna grab this so I can do my paperwork, etc.” I worked in the restaurant industry for 16 years, and I’ve never heard or had anyone be so abrasively rude. Like she hated our existence. Thing is…the website says y’all close at 9, so we had NO IDEA they closed at 8. Might want to change that. Loved the food, but that lady (don’t care if it was the owner, another server, whoever) needs to learn some etiquette. Especially if we had NO IDEA Y’all close at 8 because your website says 9. Prob will never come back.
Great food and great staff, If you love pizza or any Italian cuisine this place is a must! They are generous with the toppings and I love the fact their sauce is NOT bland. I would definitely recommend them.
Service was fine but expected more attentive. Food was good but nothing amazing. A pleasant experience but maybe better next time. I would definitely go back.
Consistent wonderful food and service — portions are incredible - great restaurant
