Everything about my experience dining here was amazing. We walk in, greeted by the owner instantly and was seated at a nice table. Our drinks were brought out fast and the refills kept coming. Our food was coming out quick too. Started off with the miso soup and let me tell you… it was the best miso soup I’ve ever had. Period. Then I got the Sweet and Sour chicken with rice, very delightful. Boyfriend got some sushi and it came out very fresh. Great atmosphere and nice service. 10/10. Don’t sleep on this place. Will definitely be back!

The quality of service was extremely poor. The waiter was impolite. Two of the persons in our party never received their orders. The spring rolls were cold and we were served three instead of four as listed on the menu. Entrees were missing vegetables. An overall poor dining experience.
I was not pleased with the price, service, or quality of food. Our waiter was not very professional or trained. It took forever to get our drinks, take our order and get food. The prices were way too high for the amount of food received. And it did not taste good at all! The rolls were not worth the order. Small and thrown together. The shrimp fried rice in the picture below was the size of a small appetizer for $15.99. It taste like soy sauce that's it... No real flavor! This place has really gone down! Negative rating if possible. I left a large tip because I just didn't have the time to wait for change. Everything else took so long. I didn't have the time to fuss about the service or food either.
Great food. Excellent service. Beautiful decor. We went on Thursday night before a show at The Orpheum. It was surprisingly easy to get a table, only half a dozen or so other parties were present. Sushi and Bibimbap were outstanding.We asked Daniella, our server, why there was no crowd. She said they were short staffed. Although, we assured her the food and service didn’t suffer. Highly recommend!

I placed an order through Grubhub & my order was ready before the time it gave me to show up. When I showed up the restaurant made my order fresh since it had been sitting so long. I enjoyed my spring rolls and sushi!
Planned on going to Majestic next door to find out they were closed, so we figured we could stop here to eat instead. Service was good, but we were also the only ones in there. The food was expensive for what it was. Tasted subpar and portions were small. Definitely better places to eat at. I have no plans on coming back.
This restaurant is top tier! All my food was super fresh and came out in under 10 minutes, definitely couldn’t recommend Bluefin more
