Our server Rivierra was awesome. Also the chef was very good. Food was tasty and cooked as specified. Great experience!
Place was dirty, took over 3 hrs to get seated, served, and out the door.
They were short handed on 7/14/22. They did the best they could with what they had.
The quality of the food is taking a turn for the worse. The flavor of the soup was watery and has been the past few times. The service is generally never a issue but food quality is poor.
Service was bad. She was very slow my drink came 10 minutes after my parties. this type of service service was very bad on her part and it wasnât even a lot of people there it was my daughterâs 12th birthday no nothing like it is OK to work today and I gotta give you a fork and take your drink order and that is terrible terrible extra garlic butter she came 35 minutes later went to go play no borrow guess you just assume itâs time to go is there another 20 minutes before a check in the garden bar food is cold gave it to a homeless man
My first experience here, were awful on a Saturday night. To be honest I really canât rate them on their food, because I walked back out the door. It was sooooooo hot in this place, I couldnât stand to sit there. We set on the Hibachi side, weâre they sit 8 people to a table instead of 6. It was to dam hot for that and very uncomfortable. Everyone had the menu out fanning their selfs at our table. So, me and my guess politely walked out and went to another restaurant. I hate I dent get a chance to try their food out. Maybe next time in the future doing the week I will. Then on top of that, the hostess had another company logo on her shirt. That sh** was confusing. I thought we where at Benihana
Food was good but it was hot in the restaurant hard to injoy because it was hot and all they could say is the not working.
The AC was not fully cooling. There were only 5 chefs and everyone had to wait extended periods of time after being seated before they were served.
The wait was very very long even though we had reservations. Everything was very unorganized. Waited for a long times for a waiter and a cook.
