This is such a cute place. The atmosphere here is very laid back & comfortable. The music playing was perfect to sing a long with. The food is delicious with portion sizes being spot on with price point. I will definitely visit again. I went with a party of four we were able to get in easily & find something for everybody. We all got different dishes each one was delicious & the perfect temperature. You place your order at the front counter when you walk in & they call your name as soon as your order is up. There is a cool mug collection & ice water from the dispenser is free.
The food was terrible the waffles were cold hard thick just disgusting the chicken was in a glaze or some type of honey the biscuits look like cornbread with jalapeño peppers inside this is the first time I’ve tried this place and definitely the last the overall experience is a 0/10
Best gluten free restaurant I've ever been to!You cant even tell the good is gluten free. I had the smokehouse waffle with a side of gravy and it had a surprising kick to it. I don't usually like spicy food, but this was delicious. After eating the sausage, brisket and pulled pork, I dipped the waffle in the gravy, so good! I'm coming back next time I'm in town.
This is the most delicious and PERFECT breakfast I’ve had since finding out I was pregnant ? talk about the most enjoyable meal I’ve had since my morning sickness has diminished! The Boston cream waffle with sliced bananas was out of this world, top notch. Thank so much! Best waffle batter EVER!

Such a great atmosphere. Loved the food. I got the banana waffle with the homemade marshmallow cream (texture was so good I didn't even realize it was gluten free!!). My friend got the brisket bowl which was also delicious. So glad we got snowed into Memphis last night so we could discover Bedrock in the morning!
I've been to this place twice in the last month or so because the food is just that good! A friend suggested it, so I gave it a try. The first time, I ordered the bacon, egg, & cheese on a jalapeno biscuit, and the biscuit was bigger than I expected. It was so good! I also ordered a brisket waffle benedict and a smokehouse waffle to go for my husband and me. He was amazed at how good it was! The second time I went, I brought another friend along, and we both ordered the thunder chicken & waffles. SO GOOD! She now wants to go every week on her way to work. Of course, I took some home to my husband, and he devoured it. I also had some of the buffalo wings with paleo ranch, and it was delicious! I would recommend anything savory on that menu for anyone looking for a good place to eat Downtown.
This was our first experience at Bedrock. We had breakfast on a Sunday morning and everything was fabulous! This is a MUST for every visit back to my hometown. I am thrilled about this find!
Definitely recommend! The only restaurant I've ever eaten where EVERYTHING on the menu is gluten free! I will definitely be back if I'm in Memphis again!
