My friend ordered my birthday cake from there. They did a good job. Only the drive thru was open because they only had two employees running the place. The manager was nice and helpful with picking out my cake. They need more staff though as the manager and one employee seemed stressed. My ice cream cake turned out lovely and was tasty. The cake cost about $30 for the size I wanted.
Staff was rude and flipped me off after lying about lobby and drive thur service before closing time. I just wanted to buy some ice cream
The girls in the first looked at us crazy when we didn't know how to order and then ignored us when we asked how to order our ice cream. And when we left, I heard them talking about us. All black girls, smh. Do better.
They didn’t even have chocolate chip cookie dough?? And doors locked. You HAD to go through drive thru. Lazy employees.
went to this location for the first time and got a chocolate caramel pecan milkshake and it was soooo delicious! The worker was extremely friendly and helpful too. clean and professional looking store! ?

I've been here twice, and both times were great. I ordered the same two scoop pumpkin cheesecake in a waffle cone, and they were both made very quickly. The place was also pretty clean, and the workers were nice enough, although pretty much kept to themselves. Even when it was busy, the place was swiftly kept clean and operating quickly.
They close at 8pm but at 7:12pm we were told it was too late to order milkshakes- they already cleaned up that area. Seems like Baskin Robbins should be able to serve milkshakes up to closing time like the other locations. We drove over the the Baskins at Poplar Plaza and got milkshakes there no problem.
I love Baskin Robbins ice cream and tonight was my first time at this particular location and a while. However I want be back. I got 3 scoops of cookies n cream in a cup the scoops was so small and it wasn’t completely full scoops. An not to mention the taste wasn’t as good for some reason. I feel cheated I also didn’t enjoy the taste. I didn’t receive napkins nor my receipt either. I think they was closing so maybe I got what little ice cream that was left from the day. Honestly feel like I paid $7 bucks for one scoop that’s how small the scoops was.
They never have anything terrible intercom system or they are deaf always messing up orders
