This place is horrible unprofessional customer service is at its worst here. I don’t know if a manager is on duty or what? The sign in the window clearly states inside is for cake purchases and pickup only. The young man and young lady who didn’t appear to be employees say go through the drive thru! The guy at the window says that if I don’t know what flavor how many ppl in my party then I can’t purchase a cake. Take the sign out the window if this is really the case. Horrible

I ordered two banana splits 2 kid cup and a pint of ice cream. The scoops of the kids cup was the same in the banana splits. I feel cheated out of my ice cream

I been going to this Baskin Robbins for years, Since last year until now it's terrible, I'm a faithful customer, I noticed when you go threw the drive threw get home notice its half ice cream they never fill it to the top. Please tell your workers fill the Ice cream cup or sundae to the top.

I came to the establishment one day I ordered a sundae with a waffle cone I got home and realized that I did not have my waffle cone that I paid for so I called back and the girl told me to come back up there tomorrow when I got back up there the next day I was given a waffle cone now mind you I'm not the person who wants anything for free but, courtesy would have said hey I messed up her order yesterday let me make it right and make it the way that she asked for it but I was not giving that common courtesy it's sad to say that this is the closest one to my home and because of this I will not be returning I was very disappointed and ask for my money back for the waffle cone because who just hand somebody a waffle cone without anything in it
