We come to this baskin location every Wednesday after school pick up. We’ve done this religiously for the last 2 years and the owners and staff are always so kind and treat my girls awesome! They know my voice when ordering now so I normally just have to say the first part of the order and they know it’s us, and they finish out what we always get. That’s building customer relationships. This is a pivotal role in building successful business. Thanks for always serving us with a smile and providing great ice cream.
I'd only really recommend BR if you really have a craving for their unique ice cream flavors, as their prices are pretty crazy. As such, I got two scoops of daquiri ice and two scoops of cookie dough because I can't get daquiri literally anywhere else, and it was almost $10. BR is really only good as an occasional treat and if you have the money. Anyway, at this location, the service was alright. They took a minute to get me my order, and it looked like they were goofing off, but it also looked like there were only two people working, which is bad management. Also, the drive-thru menu isn't lit, so it's hard to see what they even have. Otherwise, I guess it's a decent place.
Showed up at 9:59 P.M. to order. We asked to order a 3 scoop sundae. We were informed they were closing soon (10:30 P.M.) so they would not serve sundaes or their frozen cappuccinos. Super disappointing. When you're open for business, serve the items on the menu. Simple. To only serve certain items for their convenience was bogus. Clearly management doesn't know or care. We wouldn't recommend this location.
Used to be a go-to spot for a really good shake. The super thick kind that you’ve gotta work to get going. Last few visits have been super thin and runny. Reminded me of a McD’s shake (back from when their machines worked, pre-2010). Sadly, it’s too pricey to take the risk. Just get a frozen lemonade from CFA for less than half the price.
The kids that work here are so high they'll ask your order multiple times get it wrong at speaker correct them get it wrong at paying correct them and it's still wrong when I get home . Amazing
Staff was HORRIBLE to me. My hand is broken, so I asked for a drink holder because the drink spiked when she handed it to me.
Waited 24 minutes in line only to get to the order box and got told it was CASH only due to their credit card machine being down. Also their menu was pitch black with no lights.
The service was excellent on a hot Sunday afternoon. My double scoop nutty coconut ice cream on the waffle cone was so delicious, I parked with the AC running and finished it before leaving.???
Unnecessarily expensive. 2 quarts of ice cream $21. Never buy again from BR. ALDI has the same quality with less than half their price.
If I could give 0 stars for the service my family and I just received I would. Went to this location only because we were in the area, this was not our typical location.Placed an order for a family of four but then changed 1 of the ice cream options.Wondering why our total was higher than usual, get to the window and only had two things correct out of the four we ordered and a bunch of extra stuff.We politely asked to just return the unwanted options and the associate by the name of (Chandra Kant) immediately had a nasty attitude, while loudly making rude comments and even had the nerve to SNATCH the bag out of my husband's hands.They then asked for the card to do the refund, but as I go look up our account, I noticed they charged us a 2nd time, which im sure was on purpose but I caught them.This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Baskin Robbins, and I will never return to this location.As a customer if im unhappy with my service but not rude, there's no reason an employee should be rude. I simply asked for a return, after waiting in line for almost 20min and not receiving what I asked for.ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSING
