I have always been a fan of Baskin Robbins ice creams. This location is pretty close to my home. I love their chocolate fudge and usually I take it in the waffle cone. It was perfect.
#LatePost March of 2021 early morning, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, the lady that possibly own the place with her husband was not wearing a mask or gloves prepping food for the day & taking on the phone, so you could imagine that she had touched phone, then prepared the food. She was annoyed that I there trying to get ice cream. She grabbed the banana for my Sundae with her bare hands & when I addressed the issue, she started an argument. She rang up my food my food & started to fixing the rest of the food. I told her that I wanted my money back because she wasn't wearing gloves & she said that I had to take it. Keep in mind that I didn't touch the food, it was still in her hand because she had fixed it. I called Baskin Robins Headquarters & they said it was nothing that they could do about it. I tried to call the owner, her husband, she always just say he's busy. I called the Mayor's action & they said that this was one of the businesses that they'd heard about. They're still in business doing the same thing. I didn't get my money back & not even from my card company as a dispute. This business should be out of business, I'm going call OSHA because as I read these reviews they're sing the save thing over & over.
My 1st and last experience at this location echoes everybody else's Experience which was the rude lady behind the Counter which could barely be bothered to take time away from her phone call or to take my order since I was the only person in the store and she seemed aggravated at everything I ordered... I could go on for so much longer but I'm not gonna waste my breath.. don't patronize this store it's not worth your aggravation.. I thought ice cream was supposed to be fun not angry bitter and argumentative.
I was going to come in but was discouraged because the worker mask wasn't covering her nose. During these times it's better safe than sorry. Your breathing on customers food. Not cool
Good workers.. even though they are short staffed .. they try to get you in and out as fast as possible
I was disappointed that my family could not dine inside. There really is no other place nearby to sit. We ended up sitting/standing and and around the steps nearby. Not exactly a pleasant experience.That said, the ice cream was top notch and the people working in the shop were wonderful. They were very friendly, helpful, apologetic for the dining situation. Honestly we were about to leave, but they were so good to us we ended up getting ice cream anyway (and standing around outside eating ....) the workers make this store. The ice cream is great as well.
The lady was very friendly and her service was excellent
This Baskin location was terrible. Server couldn't understand what I was asking for, and seemed to lack a basic understanding of her job.
Front counter lady with major attitude and anger issues, did not even do milkshake properly that I asked for. Place was dirty saw roaches inside.
Needed but the manager did a good job getting the line down.
