While the prices go up, the quality of service deteriorates. Kiddie scoops now used in sundaes the size of golf balls with a suggestion of toppings. As a regular, the cuos used to be full, now the contents barely make it to thop of the rim. Store employees teenagesr with "not my problem" attitudes and little to no training in customer satisfaction service. My days of visiting BR are over especially at the Quince Toad location in Memphis, TN.

Staff was friendly. Clean atmosphere. Great ice cream selections and quick service.

Today I visited the Baskin Robbins Ridgeway and Quince. While placing my order I observed an older lady making the waffle bowls. I noticed that she was lifting the waffle off the waffle maker with her bare hands. She then placed the waffle ontop of a cup and takes a plastic cup that sat on the counter to press the waffle down into the cup. She poured more batter while waiting on it to cook, she stood there scratch her scalp and continued to make the waffle. She didn't stop to wash her hands. I'm not sure if she is one of the owner.Another time I was in there I saw an older lady making an icecream cake with no gloves on.

The gentleman that assist me was nice. Ice cream was good.

Staff was friendly and nice, but when I asked for 2 scoops of ice cream A and 1 scoop of ice cream B in one scoop she tried to give me two different cups. And the cashier charged me for two different cups which was over $2 more total. When I tried to communicate the error the look I was given was one of confusion so I just paid and left. I won’t be going back if they can’t understand a simple order such as this.

I’ve never seen someone try to get as little ice cream in a scoop as humanly possible. I thought I must have seen it wrong, but when I got home... I was right. Very disappointed.

Thanks Baskin Robbins for ruining my birthday cake. $30 for this? Half melted (I live less than a mile away) absolutely deplorable cake decorations (showed this to a baker friend of mine - she thought it was a joke) the writing could be done better by kindergarten class, the cake was dry, stale, no flavor, the ice cream tasted freezer burnt, the icing felt like plastic when touched no flavor what so ever. Again $30 for this tiny, sorry excuse for a cake. I will NOT be back and will let everyone I know how TERRIBLE Baskin Robins is. Just BAD!

Very friendly people here.
