How horrible it is a Monday April 11th 2022 it is almost 1:30 in the afternoon and they are not open no notes on the door just not open Memphis Tennessee has got to do better on service especially amongst the black people I am black and I want to say you people are horrible!
The Worker named: Sam, is the most professional person who works at this ice cream shop! He makes beautiful cakes and he is kind and friendly to all customers (even the rude ones)! A lot of the unprofessional workers (young kids) are no longer there (for obvious reasons)! I prefer him when I go in there to order cakes and ice cream! ?
(On Sunday January 8th)Baskin robbins on Winchester had a whole roach in the bubble gum ice cream and when the employee was informed he took the scooper and scooped the roach out and rinsed the scooper off and finished what he was doing

The young gentleman is always nice I prefer to deal with him others aren’t as friendly. My favorite ice cream spot for cookies n cream however they didn’t have any yesterday evening so I left and drove to another location.

There service was horrible and there very rude
This location needs to close down. The atmosphere isn’t friendly , they don’t know much about once cream but selling it. The scoops are too small for the price.
