The jazz greeting was the greatest thing I ever heard in my life! LOL I loved it !!! The young man that was taking the order deserves a RAISE!! “Welcome to the jazz station with the Baskin Robbins crew, how may I take your order?” YES MAAAAAM!
The cones were stale. This is the second time. The cone is essential to the product and business, so they should be fresh.
Ordered our daughter's favorite flavor, was told it was out, ordered a different flavor. As the apathetic teenager was being so rude to the car behind us, at their darkened sign, and after they pulled away, another customer came up to order. This child said they were out of the flavor she wanted, then proceeded to wave around the container of the flavor we had originally ordered to another coworker. This location needs to quit hiring kids who don't care about anyone but themselves or at least have an adult on duty with these children, maybe they'd act better.
I visited the Baskin Robbins store on Germantown Pkwy in Cordova, TN earlier this evening and ordered a 2-scoop Brownie Sundae. Had to make 2 more stops so I began eating it and considering the brownie is at the bottom- I thought I'd reach it eventually. They left the brownie out of the order. When I came to my stop- I called and was amazed at the nasty reaction I received when I told them the brownie was omitted although I paid for it to be there. Can you BELIEVE this- the so-called "manager" asked me -20 minutes after I had left the store- if I still had the ice cream? She should know that ice cream MELTS- so of course I didn't "still" have it! She actually acted as if I was LYING! I was really appalled and when I asked the manager her name- she said she didn't" just go around giving out her name". She even said that unless I took a picture of the ice cream or brought it back this evening- she would not even replace my order! I was not even requesting a refund! What bs! Then she hung up on me- and when I tried calling back- a loud BEEP went off in my ear-TWICE! I am really PISSED over this! Here I was- driving a $50,000 vehicle- and in my effort to patronize Baskin Robbins- I get treated like a criminal. I will say this- EVERY ONE of the workers on that crew should be fired- and now I see why there are never many cars in the drive-thru! I will NEVER patronize them again- and they deserve to go out of business. The nerve!
Kids love to visit here for a quick ice cream run…
This photo was the 2 scoop sundae that I bought and paid over 5 dollars for! This was not even one scoop with the hot fudge placed on the side of the cup. Would anyone believe that this is supposed to be 2 scoops of ice cream? This happened one other time a few months ago and we gave this place one last shot but I will never waste my money at this place again
Terrible. They are always out of common flavors and the kids working the window offer lackluster customer service.
The cute mixed boy has great service and should be promoted to master scooper of the year. Love this place best place to get a good scoop of cream.

No never again…they little white boy that wants to be black got hair in my ice cream …I won’t be coming back maybe he should pull up his pants next time little poseur
