They aren't even open like noone is in the building at all
Very rude employees. We wanted to just put straws in our cups, started talking about work, and were interrupted and told we had to leave. And we said sorry, we were just talking, and were told to leave.
I have been here twice and both times the service has been horrible. No one offering to help answer my questions & once I get “help” it’s in the form of short one word replies with no excuse for being short as I am the only customer in the place. This time I went in and the manager himself was rude to while training employees. No wonder the employees have such low standards of service. Lastly I been there with in the span of 4 months and both times it felt as though their air conditioning wasn’t working.
I always come here but this time I was disappointed. They were out of most of the ice cream and the waffle bowls I bought were old and the scoops I had were very small. Seemed like they were trying to shut down 2 hours early.

2 Scoops with a side of CovidWho knew getting ice cream could also mean possibly being exposed to Covid! Well, it can if you go here. The 3 ladies inside said NOTHING to a guy who came in with no mask, did not always social distance and made others feel uncomfortable...all because he couldn't follow directions or heck even the pictures posted on both entrances. Thanks Baskin Robbins for putting procedures in place, marking off socially acceptable distances and then NOT ENFORCING ANYTHING!!! If other establishments can mandate (even offer masks for those who come empty handed), refuse service for noncompliance...Then Why Can't You??? No overly priced ice cream is worth it! I am having to take my business ANYWHERE else!!!

TERRIBLE!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Workers were NOT wearing their masks, which made customers believe it was okay to not wear their masks. Shelby County cases are rising rapidly and this is terrible behavior!
