Service was less desirable, but burger was good
There was a bug in my beverage today. I attempted to call the restaurant numerous of times to make them aware of the situation. However, the phone doesn't even ring. Please use caution when visiting this location.
My son loves their chicken strips (which are whole meat and not processed); however, this location always forgets his kids' meal treat. I don't mind too much because we don't give him the rice crispy treat anyway, but we're still paying for it, so it'd be nice to get what we pay for. The staff seems nice enough and was kind both times we went through the drive-thru.
The order was rung up wrong then they tried to short my order. I had 2 go back for my receipt and the manager keke disagreed about the receipt being given to her then finally apologized upon finding it. The young lady working the window was rude no explanation. She removed the bag with my order in it to the back out of sight I was about to refuse whole 28.00 order. Will not return to this location .No Redemption hopefully you will have A better experience.
Wakita the manager at this Cordova location on Trinity Rd is always nice, polite and very Professional.I order the wild turkey burgers with extra creole sauce every time I go for me and my husband the burgers are always freshly cooked and delicious
I visit for my birthday dessert & Ms. Jackie delivered Excellent customer service with a smile & she told me about the new plant based burger! I will definitely be back to try it.
Was given regular fries instead of waffle fries & chicken sandwich was undercooked.
Dirty drive thru windows. Employees don't wear gloves or anything when handling food. Employee was handling drinks and food and in-between pulling her pants up and texting on her cellphone. Not sanitary at all. Seems like they have poor management. There were a few missing items on the menu. And when you call their stores number, goes straight to voicemail. They also have a hotline to make comments and they don't even answer and the voicemail is full and can't leave messages.
The food was HORRIBLE. The buns were stale, and the meat was cold. The lettuce looked extremely old. Not sure if it's the lack of workers or people just don't care how they prepare food. Please do not visit. It used to be really good, but now it's not. The workers didn't even seem to put forth effort in quality. Better off eating at home.
I never thought I'd write a 1 star for a Back Yard Burger. But this one deserves it. I've been here 3 times. The first time was good but the 2 other times were really bad. Order was messed up both times. The people at the drive thru are completely clueless. I had to repeat myself many times. And it just took too long for a drive thru. Almost 10 minutes with just 2 other cars in front of me. Go to the one off of Stage or 64 instead this one sucks.
