G r o s s just nasty the girl was rude the robot thing was dumb my meal was really bad used to love backyard Burger but I see why it's not doing so good anymore
While sometimes they might not have chicken or milk shake mix which I think is for to the foodecause of the food shortages, they do have great customer service! They even have a drive-thru intercom that is automated by a robot that takes your order!Welcome to the future!
Food was good, relatively quick. Drive thru only. Automated order-taker was annoying. Out of salads the day I went, but I doubt many people go for salads. Veggie bean burger was quite good.
Nice to finally find one open on the inside. Food was good but I think portions got smaller. For $12 I feel like I got the kids menu.
They never turn on the sign at night. The staff appears to be having a great time, but not very concerned about customers.
I had a birthday free dessert coupon. I chose apple cobbler a la mode. My coupon even showed a photo. Indoor closed. Checked my oder after leaving window. No ice cream, my husband WALKED back to window and got ice cream. Employee not paying attention.
I got the blackened chicken combo and the fries were crisp and hot but the chicken tasted pre-cooked and they threw it on the grill with a little blackened seasoning. Tea was good.
I drive a semi truck so I parked across from backyard Burger on Perkins and walked up to the window and asked the guy if I could place a order he told me NO. I asked why. He then told me with the nastiest attitude that since I don't have a car he can't let me order. I told him sir there's my truck right there. My vehicle wouldn't be able to fit in your drive through he told me no I can't do that. Two older black ladies was nice enough to let me get in their car so that I can get some food. The nerve of people. Everything you have in that store is because of TRUCK DRIVERS.
It's ridiculous when you pay $21 for food that isn't even how you ordered it!!! We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo with no MAYO and UNSWEET tea. We get to the window and I ask the girl, you did get no mayo on the sandwich right and she says yes! Well that was a lie! And the tea was not unsweet!!! So we will not be back to this Backyard burger ever!!! We work to hard for our money, we just had to throw it all out, we'll he did eat the fries. They were decent.
