Milk shakes were running. The whipped topping on the top was spoiled. I ordered fried pickles and got a chili cheese dog and the chili was so dry like it had been in a warmer pot for days. The employees were very nice
I would give it 5 stars but they overcooked what would have been an outstanding burger. Same with my lady's black bean burger. Just take it easy with the extremely well done and it'll be perfect.
Shake machine not working. Apparently. More unasked for packages of ketchup than fries. Cold burger with tomato after i asked for one without. I guess it was one they made earlier. Lije a couple of hours earlier. Disgusting

A "robot like" machine took my order. Problem is 30 minutes in line. I waited as I'm sure they're short staffed. Burgers delish but be prepared to wait
I would give it more stars but the person in front of me had this long conversation with the clerk at the window it's like they were old friends or something
If you don't grow too old waiting in line, you'll find the food at this location about the same as others of the same franchise. Some rave about it, I think it's a bit below average. We had The mushroom Swiss Burger and Classic Burger meals. Prices are relatively low, but I sure hope they reopen their dining areas soon because I'm too old to to sit through another lunch line of cars!
Food was cold and the lady in the window had a very nasty attitude will not return
New in town, saw the long line and assumed it meant it was good.NOPE.Huge waste of time and money. Yuck.
I really don’t like going to food places that don’t care about what they are serving us. Ordered black jack chicken club and the chicken was so old and dried out, when you bite into it the bottom of the the chicken comes off with a pull. It wasn’t hot at all and it was disgusting ? we have got to do better
