i had a client tell me that the manager gm and dm were making sexual advances towards employees and the gm and dm are fine with this. What does corporAte have to say? This might explain why the service is so horrible.
This was my first and likely last time eating here. The chicken is so salty that it is inedible. One bite and it feels like my blood pressure has spiked. Hopefully this was a one off situation.
The first time I went to the poplar location it was great!! Today I went and the slaw tasted odd and the chicken was slimy!!!!!
They make some tasty chicken. This location is my only experience of Abner's. The staff was so courteous and helpful. The dining room was super clean. I might just start dropping in regularly!
This was my first visit to Abners and from the moment I walked in I was greeted very graciously by the young lady at the register with a smile. Great customer service by the way. My order was packaged very nice and my order was ready quicker than I expected. I had a tender meal w\ pasta as one of my sides. To sum it up everything was soooo good. I think Derek has great team there. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work. See u guys soon!
First time visiting this location and will not be back. Every item that was ordered was incorrect; both club wraps had no tomato, no bacon and so little sauce it wasn't visible plus missing sauce for the nuggets. Price is to expensive for incorrect food. Photo is of the club wrap contents, should have ordered a salad I guess.
1) grilled tenders ice cold2) at least 4 of the tenders were rotten. STINKY rotten. Gross. Now we wait for the food poisoning...3) Sauce cups are never more than half full.Did I mention they serve spoiled rotten tenders? And cold? I don't think the health department is supposed to allow that. Can we shut them down please?
Went to the Poplar and Whitestation location, and it was amazing!!! The staff was very friendly and the food was great. I got the chicken tenders and they weren’t just chicken loaded with breading, they were nice size tenders and everything was fresh! I will definitely be returning!!!
First time ordering from this restaurant and I had it delivered to my job. I order grilled 8 piece nugget meal and a 8 piece wings chicken only. First problem was the delivery driver did not deliver it to me but to someone who worked across the street from my office, 2nd my order was completely wrong. The nugget meal was fried and not grilled and there were only 5 nuggets, I did not receive my side of my garlic bread. On the wing order, I asked for 4 lemon pepper and 4 bbq and I only received the 4 bbq and it did not have the garlic bread as well. This was yesterday at the east memphis location and I have been trying to contact them since then but no one will answer the phone. I will make it my business to see them today as soon as they open and I will NEVER order from here again.
The food has been very good 2 of the now 3 times I have been here. This 3rd time the customer service sucked. I ordered the 3 tender meal & when I received it I didn’t get my garlic bread which it clearly says comes with it on the menu, but front counter lady told me it does not as I am staring at the menu where it says it does. Then both mine & my husbands tenders were barely even warm. As I said before the first 2 times I have been here the service & food were good but this time is a different story & I hope this doesn’t continue.
