I went there last week and got boneless wings and fried mushrooms. They were delicious so I got them again this week, I wish I hadn't. Where to begin, the mushrooms were cold and honestly no mushrooms just the crunchy batter. The wings had a 1/4 inch of cold Buffalo sauce in the container and the fries were soggy and cold. The bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. The only thing good was the drink. To spend this kind of money for food that was this bad will make me re think eating there again
Just finished a 4 piece chicken finger combo plate. The chicken tasted and smelled like cigarettes, and the whole plate had hairs in it. Would’ve given 0 stars but unfortunately it’s not an option. Gonna go gag myself real quick✌️
The staff is friendly! Zaxby's chicken is super tender. Try the Cobb salad too! you will be quite happy you did. Good food FAST!
I stopped here a couple of days ago. It was my first time here. I ordered the Zaxbys Club combo. I ate every, single, bite! I haven't had fast food this delicious in the past five years. It was amazing and hot! Did you hear me say HOT? The sandwich was juicy, hot and flavorful. I chose the spicy Zaxbys sauce. I wasn't sure what was in the sauce, but I will definitely order it again. Let's talk about the fries! Crinkle fries, which I normally dislike. They were cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were lightly coated with delicious seasoning. Most importantly they were HOT! I received amazing customer service. I explained that it was my first time there and they gave me a second to check out the menu. The drive thru moved quickly and efficiently. This was the best fast food experience all around that I've ever had. I hope it's just as good on my second visit as it was on this visit. I highly recommend this location. My food was so delicious that I never even thought to take a picture. Imagine that! LOL ?
Told them 3 times I wanted honey mustard instead of zax sauce, got zax sauce anyway. Also asked for extra ranch for my wife's salad and didn't get that either.
Didn’t want to continue to serve. They told us 15-20 Mins to cook any food. Chicken at most takes 7 mins. If you want to close just close don’t lie to your customers
No point in pre-ordering, it won't be ready at the time it says it will and you will have to wait about 20 more minutes when you get there at the time it says it's done. And you'd think it would be hot because it took so long to cook but they will not be warm.
$50 worth of food and they wanted to charge extra for sauce... One sauce pack per$10 of food... Nope

I always get the same thing here when I stop: the crispy chicken Cobb salad without cheese. They always get the order right and it’s always a very good meal. The staff is always friendly.
