Dined in, awesome experience. Cool new interior facility where I ordered in a station instead of with an employee. Very modern. They were fast (though drive thru was full, dining in was quick). Great food, great service. Chic fil a has nothing on Wendys!
Worst fast food experience, will not be back. Missing several items in our order and the items that we did manage to get were wrong (ordered plain cheeseburger, got one with everything on it). Then tried going back to get the order fixed and was told by a worker smoking in the parking lot that the dining room was closed and we would have to go back through the drive thru. Went back through the drive thru and told the guy at the window what was wrong/missing. Then for a 2nd time still got the order wrong (they gave us a plain burger without cheese, supposed to be a plain cheeseburger). At that point we just asked for a slice of cheese since apparently no one in that restaurant has a clue how to perform their jobs correctly. Being short staffed is no excuse for poor service. I would have rather waited an extra 10 minutes for them to actually make sure what they're sending out the drive thru is actually correct and matches the order.
Terrible! Our order was wrong, the manager is RUDE!!! It took at least 30 mins to get our food. Half of it sat on trays waiting on the fry boy to finish fries and nuggets. He kept getting yelled out. The poor boy running the front was the only one taking orders then running to get the food on the trays. I felt bad for him. He apologized several times. Manager was busy yelling at people. Spent $25 to eat cold food..
First experience at this Wendy's. The self serve kiosks we're down and no one at the register to take orders. We went to the counter and stood for 5+ minutes while 6 employees blatantly ignored us. Finally the customer behind us politely asked for someone to assist us, one employee said "sorry can't help you" and then another employee came from the back to assist us. All we wanted was the new strawberry frosty, and the employee who helped us was so nice and gave us free frostys for our wait. She gets a 5 star review, the other 6 employees get a 0 star. Where has good customer service gone??? Probably won't be back to this Wendy's. But the strawberry frosty was delicious!
4pm on a weekend. All the doors are locked. A bunch of workers inside and two workers sitting outside just talking away, saying it's driver thru only (with attitude)... At 4pm... On a weekend.No thanks, I'll go sit in Subway with the A/C and enjoy my meal. Won't ever need to come back here.
Years ago I remember Wendy's hamburgers being really good. That was on the West coast and when Dave CEO/owner was alive. I have tired the location on Alcoa many times over the years and the new Mayville location. If I dried square piece of meat is what you're looking for, congrats you have found it. Too Bad Like Dairy Queen all that have going for them is the ice cream.
My experience wasn't bad however the restaurant wasn't very busy. I went to the drive through and got a Dave's double. I wish the burger was cooked a little more. I put it in the microwave when I got home.
No one to take inside orders. The kiosk are a joke. It took over 5 minutes to order two combo meals and an order of fries because the system moves so slowly and the screens reactivity are horrible. I usually order through the app, but it kept crashing. I will say the food was good, and the workers were nice. If they can get the technology bugs worked out it would be a good place to go eat, for now.... stick to the drive-thru.
Went last night and had the WORST experience. The rudest lady I have ever encountered in the drive thru. Her attitude when attempting to take our order was horrific to say the least. She wouldn't let my fiance even finish a sentence. To make it worse this was the first time we tried this particular store and we will never be back. I truly hope this isn't the entire staff's attitude.
I just want to share my awesome experience at this location. One of the employees Zach took my order and was very nice and considerate. I have celiac disease and they went above and beyond to insure that my food did not have gluten in it and even came to the window to let me know after the other employee gave me my order. I will be returning. Thank you Zach.❤️
