Great Burgers and the shake was thick
I just love a good drive-in. The Hop is in a great location and has very nice eating areas. I like to eat lunch under the trees at the back of the restaurant. The food is very good and the staff is friendly and quick. It's a nice spot to enjoy lunch with family or friends.
One of the last local fast food restaurants left standing. Great prices and the food doesn't taste like it was frozen during the last ice age. I also appreciate that, even though it's fast food, their employees all look respectable.
We have past by this place 100 of times and have never stopped and tryed them out. So today we decided to give them a shot and see if there food was any good. So every thing we order came out hot and fresh and tasted good. The prices where fair as you can look at our bill I have posted here. I would recommend trying this place at least once if you are ever driving by or in the area. We will definitely stop by and see them again.OH AND BY THE WAY only reason I gave them a 4 star and not a 5 is when we got our bill they added a nother 10% to the bill for price increase. Witch by the way I'm totally ok with that because I understand what is going on in the world today. But at the same time I believe they should tell you about the 10% being added when you first arrive instead of placing it on your bill at the end and not even telling you till you see it on there.
Just left (2/14) and am only writing this poor review because this is at the least the 3rd time where I have not been able to even get a workers attention to place an order. Is there a cut off time for when orders are not allowed to be placed? I was there tonight before 8:30, and as with the other times I have experienced this, there were so few diners present that one would expect prompter service. I have parked up in my car and have even gone to the window where I am just not even acknowledged for up to 10-15 minutes. I can see workers and am aware that I can be seen as well, but no communication is granted as to why I receive no service. Like I said this is every bit the 3rd time . . . probably the last.

The sweet potato fries are great (and could be even better with a little brown sugar) chicken sandwich was ok. The creamsicle float was great! The atmosphere was great though! I loved the music and the 50s atheistic! I’ll be revisiting with my friends who dig the same atmosphere.
This place has the best vanilla/ chocolate twist ice cream the H bomb burger has always been the BOMB and the fries oh the fries are great. And service fast and friendly I love all the people I've met so far they have been awesome.
Cheeseburger combo with onion rings and mozzarella sticks and of course Handspun chocolate milkshake… Totally OnPoint it was great. Special thank you to Alexis for making the recommendation on the milkshake…amazing. ?
