The kiosk was a good idea. But when it was pre-paid by the time the food came, and they were our of what was ordered like a slushie ( oh but here's a cup for a soda or tea) there was a price difference and they refused to reimburse it. My son ordered their dragonfruit tea, it only dispensed water, when I complained a worker said " oh it been out for a while ". This Taco "Hell" earned the name.
Disgusting. The employee was rude over the speaker in the drive through and our order was completely wrong. Who puts beans in a soft taco? Why is there a ton of onions in a soft taco supreme? We just wasted $10.
Food was fresh but didn't receive a reciept or an order of cinnamon twists when I had ordered 2 of them.. that it was charged to my card, and actually asked if it was in the order/bag. Going to hold up the line and start checking my order before I leave.
This Taco Bell doesn't seem to be paying well enough to stay (get) properly staffed. The dining room hasn't been open for... weeks? ... months? The store is open fewer hours than usual and the drive through takes forever because there's barely anyone inside manning the store.Offer wages that people will work for so you can operate at normal Taco Bell standards again.
This taco bell is the worst of them. They are rude, mess up orders and when you call them on it they mess it up more. And they falsely advertise prices and items and will charge you more than what the billboard says
The line at the drive through was long so we decided to dine in. There was a person ahead of us waiting. I looked to the back and noticed they were really understaffed and the fewer than usual people (I saw 3 different people) they had were working their rear ends off, getting the orders out as quickly as humanly possible. A few times they politely and apologetically had to tell people they were out of certain items because their supply deliveries hadn't come yet. IMO, things that were out of their control were the only issues so I'm giving the rating based on what the staff there could control. The food was well prepared and hit the spot. The staff, in spite of being extremely busy, were all very friendly and pleasant. The place was clean and well kept.
Chronic poor management. They seem to be one of the few places around that hasn’t figured out how to staff the restaurant over two years into a pandemic. Closed at 5 o’clock in the afternoon because their management cannot figure out how to get people to work while all fast foods next to them have adapted.
I think you are making a mistake by going all digital. Digital is great but not for everyone. You still need to hire someone to work the counter too. Take lessons from Chicfila. And put a menu back up so people can order. And the last visit I had they had a sign that said dining room open but they had door locked, the grab and go option would be great too..if the door wasn't locked.
Gave me enough hot sauce. Some taco Bell's are stingy with sauce packets- We need larger packets . Hot sauce is the only thing to disguise the questionable meat (beef) and make it palatable. Ever had a piece of bone break your tooth? It's happened to me twice at different locations: beware!
Order is usually always right, and tastes great.
