Last week I waited 10 minutes at the drive through to be told they could only take cash and then couldn't make what I wanted because a machine wasn't working. Today I try to walk in and order and immediately get yelled at that it's delivery pickup only. I didn't have time to wait in the long line at the drive through so we left. And honestly won't be back to this taco bell it's a bad experience every time. You order at a kiosk that you also pay at so I don't know why I couldn't do that. This place needs to get it together and get some friendlier employees.
I ordered a number 1 meal. 3 crunchy taco supremes and a drink. They were out of tea and Pepsi for my first 2 drink choices. I get my food and drive off. Take out taco and it is not what I ordered. I go back through the drive through and tell them. I have a coupon shoved at me for a free taco on my next order, and handed another bag of food. I open the first taco and it was the sloppiest put together one I have ever seen. All 3 were like that! END RESULT. Indifferent employee, poorly stocked store, and the wrong food replaced with sloppy made food to get me out of there. All for the low price of $10.29. ? Hope this isnt the norm at this store.
Received chicken quesadillas with absolutely no cheese. Unprofessional, surly staff. Extremely slow service. Avoid this location if you value your time and money.
I usually come here often when I decide to have fast food. Most of the time they have my order correct and it's always good for fast food tacos ? and burritos? ? But this last time, I got soft tacos they were soggy and gross. I did call them and they did replace them. Overall, good food, nice and friendly staff and clean restaurant
I mean, it's Taco Bell ?♂️ the taco shells are never crunchy, always soggy. Under-seasoned and cold. BUT-- the burritos+nachos are ALWAYS to die for, especially midnight snack style. Very friendly and fast, with hot food every time. But for the tacos, a lost star. As far as taco bell goes, pretty average.
DON'T GO AFTER DARK. Not because it's a sketchy location, but rather because the kids running this store stop serving early. We literally waited in line for 30 minutes last night. The teenagers trying to order wouldn't leave and no one could exit the parking lot. When they did leave you could see the workers inside lined up looking out the window.This isn't the first time this happened. My guess is they all want to go home early and think they are sick by acting like the store is closed.
The girl at the window was rude because I asked for cheesey fiesta potatoes & she said they had ran out of bowls so I asked for them in a cup because EVERYTIME I’ve went to Taco Bell and they’ve ran out of bowls they put them in a CUP. She said no they can’t do that. They forgot my boyfriends drink. Then I get home and open my taco that has a HAIR in it. So disappointed & I will be calling cooperate simply because I believe it was done intentionally.
We went at 11:30 at night and the general manager was working in the drive thru by herself and there were other crew members in the back. They were out of a few things but the manager was super helpful with our order. When we got to the window, the general manager was quick and timely with our order, and we sparked up a conversation about working in fast food. She was super friendly and charming, and while I didn’t interact with the crew members in the kitchen, they got my food out almost instantly, all of my sauces were in the bag, and the food was hot and amazing! overall, i will always pick this taco bell for their exceptional service every time!
Waited in the lobby for 20 mins to not have our food, any explanation, or customer service what so ever. Covid should not mean 0 customer service in fast food restaurants. You want $15 an hour for this type of service.
So it’s a Thursday at 9 o’clock at night and Taco Bell is closed at the foothills Mall location no sign on the door no explanation no cars in the parking lot all the lights are off just closed since when do people run businesses this way it’s kind of annoying because pretty sure it would still allow me to order something online and definitely take my money and there would be no one to give me food so now I’m going to drive to the other location for Taco Bell to get the food I’m craving because I’m sure that the other owner will keep their doors open
