This place is always pretty fast, it’s clean and the staff are most always friendly as can be. I am only posting this to let everyone know that a steak and cheese has been cut back to minimal steak per six inch side My steak and cheeese 6inch was mostly bread very little meat 3 cucumbers a few onions and olives. I think it’s a management/corporate decision so if you order steak and cheese better order extra meat or you gotta bread sandwich!
This is the worst subway ( the one on west broadway in Maryville) I have EVER been too!! I wouldn’t even rate it one star!! I had to order thru the drive thru at 8:20pm. They close at 9pm . But the guy that took my order tonight (4/30/22) was so rude and very unprofessional! He was fussing at me through the drive through speaker! He talked over me when I was trying to tell him how I wanted my 2 foot long subs. Plus when I got home, I didn’t get some of the toppings that were supposed to be on both of the foot long subs . there was hardly any steak on it. Both subs were mostly bread. I will never go to this location again!!! Very poor service ! Next time I will only go to the subway in Walmart ( 411) . Where The workers there are more pleasant professional!! Don’t waste your money at this location unless you want to be screamed at in the drive thru!!!!!
Not sure who is work tonight 4/5/22 at 8pm but I got a “wrap” the size of small potato! And my wife asked for spinach and liter received three pieces, so we drove back and the girl told us she was “out” at 745pm when they don’t close till 10? She was rude and put some in a bag and gave it to my wife saying “this is all I can give you”. Well dang!
Placed a delivery order...subway made the sandwiches wrong. They will not answer the phone so they can correct the problem.
Very clean, fast and the young man was very personable.
Excellent service, got the chicken bacon ranch in the spinach wrap and a tomato basil wrap. They were delicious!
They are close 11.00 i was there 9.00 and door closed only drive thru open i don't like drive thru sandwich

Love this location, heard it was under new management. She’s so friendly and kind. Everything I ordered was amazing. Service was fast. Staff were caring and the place is very clean. Will be back to eat again.
