This is the only Subway I'll go to in the Blount County area. There is a fellow who works there who is there every time I go in. His name is Thomas, I believe. He is always so friendly and accommodating. He makes every sandwich with love, care, and concern. I had an American Club tonight and it looked like the TV ad it was so pretty to behold. The only thing better than the way it looked was it's delicious flavor. So fire Simone Biles, Patrick Mahomes, and definitely old cheating Tom Brady and hire more employees like Thomas. At least give him some of their scratch to encourage excellent "sandwich artistry". I will be back and strongly encourage all other folks to do the same. I reiterate that this strong endorsement only applies to this particular location by Smith's Mortuary.
It's subway. You take a chance depending on which one you go to get lunch from. This one is good. I order the steak and cheese on Italian herb and cheese with meat and mozzarella cheese, spinach, tomato, pickles, jalapeno, mayo. Toasted of course. Tasted great.
At 6 p.m. on a Sunday I was told they're closing early because she was busy and I guess needed a break so apparently they get to close the store whenever they want. I Won't Go Back
It took them 20 minutes to make my one sub that I ordered off doordash. I paid for extra cheese and they didn't even put any cheese on it. Lame.

I ordered on the app new years eve. The app allowed me to place the order. My wife arrived at 7:30 pm to pick it up, the person working stated 'We closed a half hour ago, and I have nothing for you". Fair enough, except now you have charged the CC we used a total of 4 times. It credited back 1 separate transaction for the amount it charged 4 times. So, I payed $52.65 for a meal we never even received? And I try to call the Lamar Alexander location, it rings and rings and I get hung up on. The 833 customer service number is 100% digital too, SUPER CONVENIENT TIMING. We want our money back, and an apology. Zero stars
