This is the only starbucks that I have been to with boba and oh my GOD is it the best thing ever.I really love coming here everyday and getting the boba. every. day.Please, if you come here, order the boba. Sometimes the workers are hesitant to give it to you at first but keep asking. It is worth it.
Most of the staff was great on my visit. I did have one boy with a spiked haircut that was rude as he could be. It could have to do with him having to wear a mask but that's not other people's fault. When wearing a mask speak up so people can hear you.
I have been going to this location for over 7 years now. The staff has been friendly every single time and my order has been right all but a couple of times. When it has been made differently than I ordered, they were so kind and fixed the order quickly. It's probably the best location I've ever been to.
This Starbucks is a very busy location. I went in to get a Carmel Macchiato on Saturday morning. A lot of people complain about how long it takes to get thier coffee. When I went the drive thru was all the way around the building with a full lobby. Probably a ton of online orders as well. These people were working hard and doing the best they can. Realize what's going on and exercise some patience. You know what Starbucks is like before you go there. You go because it's good coffee and it was. I gave four stars because it's expensive and the cup sizes seem to be shrinking. None the less it's a good cup of coffee and I'm willing to wait and pay thier price.
I ordered the same drink I have ordered for the past 11 years. The first drink I never got to taste because she realized she made it wrong. The second drink doesn't seem to have any coffee what so ever in it. Extremely displeased to have paid for a cup of steamed milk and chocolate syrup. Not what I ordered. Get it together.
My beverages are always made perfectly here! Also the guy working at the window this morning with the beard...you made me smile
2 different visits they got my order wrong. When they fixed it , It was good stuff
So slow. The staff was rude, and my peppermint mocha was cold.. It was not supposed to be cold. I literally only went because I had a gift card. I would never spend money there otherwise.
Coffee is good but customer service is not great. The entire store seems unorganized and the drive through takes forever... food options are much better and Dunkin and the coffee is just as good.
Slowest Starbucks around I waited in the lobby 45 minutes for a Carmel coffee and watched everyone clear out of there twice and never got my coffee and they ignored me til I asked for my money back!! Get it tog ppl
