Slowest service and no longer offers curbside.
Just had to hop on and brag about my local Starbucks this evening. I have been sick battling food poisoning for the last few days and was needing to get out a little. Placed a mobile order at the Starbucks on Lamar Alexander, so I wouldn’t have to get out of the car, pulled up to the curbside pickup and realized my mobile app said “In-store only” I was so disappointed because the purpose of ordering on my app was so I didn’t have to go inside! I called the store and the lady
Can never tell what is open....drive thru...lobby...rather go to Dunkin’ where I have options and always open.
I would normally give them just a fair rating but lately they have been a little better and more consistent. 80% of the time the drinks are over blended and bland. My family usually gets the frappuccino drinks and its no fun paying $5 for a bad drink. Even when you get them to remake them they are no better. They should be more consistent with the service. All the other Starbucks are always good. It’s only this one.
