Today was my first time there. The lady that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm a baratric patient just 4 weeks post op and they have meal replacement shakes that are great for me and I get my protein in. Today I tried the turtle cheesecake was so good. I will return again to try other goodness!!!

Was in maryville for work, stopped to get a tea & shake for breakfast. Definitely my favorite nutrition store Iv ever been in! Service was wonderful and our drinks / shake was sooo good! Definitely will be back next time I’m in town!

This was my first time going to Southern Twist and it was so great. The employees there were amazing and so sweet. It was clean and welcoming. She explained everything to me clearly for me to understand. I told her that I was beginning my weight loss journey and I wanted to make this part of my daily routine if I liked the tea. I tasted it right there and signed up to get their updates and be entered for free giveaways. Not only did they make a tasty drink for me, they also encouraged me on my new journey. Definitely recommended to anyone who wants to live a healthier life.
Went in for my first time yesterday to order myself and daughter a drink. Loved the black pearl loaded tea! Only issue I had was the total was 15 and some change, handed the cashier a 20 and didn't receive any change back.
I have been there two times and the service was great. I love the Miami Vice tea. Very clean. Thanks to my daughter for introducing me to this place. I have a new experience and tons of energy.
