There was hair in my husband's breakfast sandwich and my son's mellow yellow is nothing but carbonation. No receipt and when we tried calling the restaurant from their own patio, they refused to answer the phone. We will not be returning here.
My daughter and I came through the drive-thru this evening and ordered about $60 worth of food. We are a family of four, and all wanted blast to go with our meal. you could tell that they were severely understaffed, but they were great about getting orders out quickly and efficiently. you guys rock, and did an amazing job tonight. thank you for all that you do!
I'm not usually the one to complain. I ordered a corn dog, and it was all batter and a cold hot dog on the inside. It was so gross.The upside was the customer service was great. I also really enjoyed my drink.
The young lady that assisted me with an Uber order was fantastic!Extremely professional and polite.
I went to lunch today at 11am went to speaker on patio me on one my friend on the other. His order was taken, i was ask to order and I said what I wanted got no response. When my friends food came i and if my order had been placed , i was told she would check I explained i was ask to order and after I said what I wanted i got no reply. She returned and said my order had not been placed and ask what I would like. I gave my order a second time, 20 mind later I left. No food , no response no check back on my friend. Pitiful excuse for service!
Almost amazing. Food is great, shakes are thick, and staff is ontop of it.But... I think the water you use for the slushy is consistently dirty. Haven't had this problem at any other place except the one on foothills mall dr. Might wanna check into that.
This sonic is always so good to me! They never miss an item, they’re always fast, and they’re so accommodating considering I get off work so late! And my carhop tonight, Liz, was so kind and helpful! I just wish they had the option to leave a tip on the card because I never carry cash! But other than that 10/10 recommend!! Thank you Liz!
I am very disappointed by paying for my food with a debit card that I could not live a tip with my card I hardly ever pay cash. I think someone needs to address this matter. It's not right . And the car hops lose a lot of money..
Never has onion rings. Last 4 times out of onion rings , no visits were anywhere near closing either. Didn't order anything either. The other location in Blount county is way better never out of anything.
I love this place. My order is always right and delicious.
