Great atmosphere, excellent service and fabulous food. Hot crispy fries, juicy burgers, delicious chicken salad. You won’t go away hungry. Outdoor seating. Plenty of parking.
Horrible experience. We (party of 3) arrived at 9:10 this evening. We were nicely greeted by the host and seated promptly. Then, all down hill from there. After being seated, we waited 13 minutes as other tables were acknowledged and served drinks and ordered before we saw our server. I went to the host stand to advise of the situation. Moments later Reva walks up and says “oh I didn’t see you all pop in.” She rushed us through drink and food orders. Like she was being bothered. We asked for a lime with a beer, which she forgot, when we asked again, we never saw her, another young lady brought it over about 5 minutes later. We ordered a side of ranch with a burger, again, never received with food, but was charged when receipt came. I told Reva I expected the charge to be removed since it was never brought with the food. We waited nearly 55 minutes for our food with approximately 7 tables occupied. Guests arriving after us, we’re almost done eating before we were served. To go boxes took a long time. I don’t know if Reva was having an off night, or just horrible at her job. I’ve been a server/manager for several years, and typically leave a 30% or more gratuity. Needless to say, she got much less, for her efforts of customer service. I spoke to Ryan, the manager who wasn’t much better, no concern for the situation or offered any apology. All the while Reva stood behind him while I was having a discussion and mumbled several words I could not make out. The food was great and we frequent often. Though, we may choose elsewhere because of this experience. Very disappointing. Management, get involved.
This is one of our new favorite go-to restaurants. We had steak skewers with loaded mashed potatoes and WOW! They were cooked perfectly, FULL of flavor and if you put steak sauce on that steak you ruin it! Kids had cheeseburger and spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic cheese toast, both of which were great! Great pricing for great food. Definitely recommend!
Adam in the lounge was awesome! Friendly, funny, attentive and made our experience so much fun! We had a large party that continued to grow through the night. He never got frazzled, always was smiling and gave stellar service to our whole group!
My husband and I ate here this past Friday for the first time ever. Our server, Kayla, was very patient and helpful when we asked all kinds of questions about the beer and food menu. She helped us pick out an appetizer, great beer, entrees, and even talked us into trying some of the yummy desert! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Kayla, for making this visit amazing!

I eat at this SMB location pretty regularly and almost always have amazing food and service, but this evening was above and beyond! Not long after being seated, my daughter who has Juvenile Diabetes experienced a severe low blood sugar of 47. I spotted a waiter- I think named David- and flagged him down. I was a bit frantic and blurted out that I needed to order something asap bc my daughter was diabetic. He rang in my order and then immediately returned to our table was a glass of apple juice and orange slices. He sent over our server after that to complete our order then continued to check in with us throughout our meal. Very thankful for his understanding of my daughters need for urgency and his quick thinking!!!!

We set out spur of the moment to have lunch as a large family group this past Sunday after church. Along with every other family in Blount County. Tried Calhoun's which had an hour wait. Went next door to Smoky Mountain Brewery which we had not tried since about fifteen years ago. It was great! We were seated immediately by courteous, relaxed staff. We got to dine outdoors on a bluebird afternoon. The food was hot, fresh, prompt and a good value. Everyone had a great time. Our server was a beautiful red haired lady who couldn't have been anymore professional and attentive. We will definitely come back. They rocked it out and we had a fabulous meal as a big family group. Wished we hadn't waited so long between visits, but we won't let that happen again!
We.had a.party of 18. Everyone enjoyed their food and drink. The bar was a little slow at times. I had fried pickles and the steak skewers. Delish. He had the club salad. Also great. I had key lime pie for dessert with candies for my birthday. The waitress was great. At the end everyone split up the check and she handled it wonderfully.
