Walked in and they don't have a server do you order at the counter. I ordered pizza, mozzarella cheese sticks and 3 sodas. They did not take my name... The cook hollered out sticks order and walked away. Some lady ran up and picked them up. Our pizza order came up and my husband went up and said we didn't get our mozzarella sticks and the same cook argued with him and said a lady took them and he said why didn't we get them from her... My husband suggested they take names for the orders. Cook made us cheese bread sticks... Very disappointed. The only blessing is that the pizza was good. And before we left the restaurant they actually started taking names with the order.
Doing only "contactless dining" because of lack of staff???? No servers but had employees who did nothing but fold boxes entire meal. No foutain drinks and very limited bottled options. Guy taking orders VERY rude. Argued with guests. Seemed very put out when we asked to menu.Yelled at staff members he "won't tolerate ignorance today." Pizza was good but horrible dining experience.

Love this place when you order it's ready whenever you get there and when we went to pick up our order they was closing in 5 minutes and they let us order another pizza cause we didn't order enough
Enjoyed a great lunch with my wife before going bowling. Always a great atmosphere and good pizza at Pizza Hut in Maryville, TN.
You need to figure out how to hire and retain employees. This is muliple times that I have been in this store to pick up a take out order and there have only been 2 people working. They were pleasant and working as hard as they could, but 2 people can only do so much. The dining room was closed due to an inability to service it
The pizzas we ordered with cheese stuffed crust were delicious! Thanks so much for making dinner for us as we watched some football on tv!!
The folks working today did such a great job! They were slammed, and working hard - yet still greeted us with a smile. It was a wonderful pizza experience!!
Apparently 8 miles is too far away for any joint other than Bella Roma Pizza to deliver.I live in Friendsville and I have to go to the next town over just to eat out and its completely unnecessary. Its sad that Friendsville has very little places to eat out at. I could order food from Bella Roma and the food still be warm enough to not have to heat up.Have a nice day.
I definitely try to be understanding because I know restaurants everywhere are understaffed. I appreciate the people that were there working. But it just took so long to get our food! We ordered it this morning and asked that it be ready at 7pm. We waited 30 minutes to pick up our order, and we arrived about 7:05pm.
