Ok so this may be a little long but it’s worth the read. I had originally called and placed an order with Little Caesars for 10 pizzas. I needed to make some changes to my order .. tried to call .. nobody answered so I went to their location .. (little Caesar’s) they informed me that they never planned on completing the order and they don’t take orders over the phone in the first place.. so I’m freaking out upset and mad because it was for my sons birthday party. I decided to call PAPA JOHNS and Clay, the manager, answered and I explained the situation and he gave me a discount and said he was able to place the order. I was so thankful for that because what would I have done at an 8year olds birthday party with 40 people and no pizza. He was so understanding and so kind and just overall great . I work very hard for my money and I am more than happy to spend it here. From here on out when I have large orders .. I will be using PAPA JOHNS. 5 stars for them and their wonderful customer service. You can tell the difference when the manager is kind and the store runs smoothly and when the manager could care less and you run into situations similar to mine with little Caesar’s. Thank you Papa Johns for saving the day.
I truly LOVE Papa John's. But I do have a few things to complain about. I order a xlarge New York style. Half bacon and onion, and mushrooms and extra cheese on the whole thing. However the side with the additional onions and bacon, was ridiculous, couldn't even tell bacon was on it and there we're so many onions the pizza was soggy to the point the left side of the box actually gave out and ripped. I ordered 2 additional garlic cups and one was open and leaking all over the food and box. As much as I love the food the poor creating and handling of the food is very very very lacking. If your lucky the food will be awesome, but order with caution! Because this store does not have a good track record. Good luck.
The best tasting pizza and fresh ingredients I've seen in along time. Highly recommend this store location. Great job everyone.
They are slow as hell!!!! Little Caesars does as much Business with less staff and still can get orders out in a half hour. 1 and 12 minutes later my order is ready.

I made an order online and had it delivered. The pizza was completely not what I ordered. I called them and they sent me another pizza. This time the delivery guy just left my pizza on the ground and walked away before I got to the door, even though the website said it would be left on something to keep it off the ground. Kind of gross. That second delivery took twice as long too, which is strange. Then I see that even though it was closer to what I ordered, the pizza was STILL wrong, as it had toppings left off, and there's no way it was extra pepperoni like I ordered. If anything, it was less pepperoni than normal. I just don't understand how reading a list of 3 or 4 ingredients is so complicated for people. It seems like such an easy task. Mistakes happen, okay but when you pay 40+ hard earned dollars for an order, which is already overpriced, it's a little irritating to not get what you paid for. If you get an order wrong the first time, wouldn't you want to absolutely make sure it's right the second time? Probably not going to be using this location again.

Pathetic. Pizza took way too long to deliver. Arrived cold and looked like it was dropped 15 times on the way.
