I had Sean take my order for Panda Express and he did the absolute amazingest job ever he was so professional he talked to the customer you know I felt like family I felt just nothing but positive coming from each and every employee that was working today and it was so amazing.
Ordered the chicken & mushroom entree which is my Panda Ex go-to meal. However at this location it tasted like it had been sitting too long, it was on the dry side and a little salty. I had to ask one of the staff to please wipe some tables down so I could sit at one that didn’t have food on it. I counted 6 people working and only one other customer so I don’t think I should have had to ask them to clean a table. I was disappointed with this location.
I'm Extremely impressed with this Panda.I drive around the county for work and in the last two years since Covid, the supply chain issues and staff shortages most Pandas are out of items short employees or have their dinning rooms closed.I have been to this Panda 3 times and every time I'm welcomed when I walk in. The store is clean and fully staffed. They have All items ready. I Don't need to wait for them to make more. The staff are friendly and thy even walk over to make sure everything is ok.. .5* stars.
Never again will I ever visit any Panda Express after getting food here. I was pleased when it opened but food quality is just terrible now. Do not go here if you must avoid the chicken teriyaki. Picture shows sliced, white meat, chicken grilled with a crust.. You will receive gray looking slimy chicken and half of it will be fat and grissle. It looked like it was all the worst parts trimmed from chicken and boiled in teryaki and water Manager was rude and immediately said no refunds on any food. After arguing on phone and at restaurant I was finally able to get a refund. I rarely return food but this was just totally unacceptable. The manager also said customers get what they get if it is gristle and fat that's what you get. No restaurant runs this business model.
I always get the large boxes! Love Panda Express! My favorite is the Black Pepper Angus Steak! My oldest son gets the orange chicken. My middle son gets teriyaki chicken. And my youngest that just turned 3 I usually get him the broccoli beef (because he loves broccoli) but he will eat everything we all get!
For the price of the menu I have once again been highly disappointed in the food. I ordered 2 separate 2 entree plates with rice. The box was filled with rice and served with 4 pieces of chicken that are bit sized with a few pieces of vegetables on both plates. Would it hurt to throw in a few more pieces of chicken. This isn't an isolated incident. It has happened repeatedly over and over. I use to enjoy panda express and the amount of food given but not anymore.
We visit Panda Express every time we come to Maryville. Never disappointed! Food is delicious, order is always correct. Dining room is clean, drive thru is quick. Never had a bad experience in the Maryville location.
Food is still good just as long as you get what you ordered. People are generally overworked, you can tell by the amount of mistakes they make. This place hasn't had straws in over a month. How hard is it to send someone to get straws? They are completely out of bottled drinks. I ordered orange chicken after being asked if I wanted to try there orange chicken only to be told I had to pull around and wait until a new batch was made. I asked him how long it would take he said 3min it took 15min them when I opened it, it wasn't even my meal. I won't be back until they change management. ?Edit. *** I raised my rating back up to 4 stars. Customer service was on point. Food was on point. I was offered orange chicken and I got fresh orange chicken without the wait. I was offered a drink, I got what I ordered with a straw. You couldn't ask for a better experience with a drive thru order. I will raise my star to 5 if they are consistent. Time will tell.
Went to the Maryville location at 7:30. First time I ate have there. They were out of chicken teriyaki, which was fine. So I got the orange chicken with noodles, and the beef broccoli with noodles. Came home to mushie rice, no noodles and barley one tiny piece of beef. So I went back, and they proceed to tell me they are closed! Register is down and they ran out of noodles. Don't you think you should tell your guess this when they order? I would have not got food. So he said come back tomorrow for a refund. I won't go back. Food wrong! Old food! Rude Staff! And close more than 45 min early. So I went to Sonic.
Maryville Foothills malls staff is doing a terrific job despite being short-staffed! There's a significant wait time to order this evening, but food is coming out fast and correct.
