Update:Good heavens!I could raise a steer, butcher it, and have a neighborhood barbecue before this place can fulfill a 4 taco order.Go to any Mexican restaurant before coming here!
Omg these enchiladas are fantastic w the homemade corn tortillas and flavorful meat!! My server is doing a fine job. The prices are a little higher than other places but you get what you pay for. I'll be back for sure!!!
Been there several times with the family. The food is great, reasonably priced, and very friendly service. Keep up the good work Pancho's!
Have only eaten here once, but it was a great experience. Food was fantastic and very reasonable price.Salsa was also on point.
I have picked up several to go orders in the last month, the first one i ordered a tornado burrito and there was no wrap, just chicken and rice, i called and they made good on that order. The second i ordered the same with white cheese sauce on top and extra cheese sauce on the side, and there was no cheese sauce at all, third time i order the same, i even ask while i was there if they put the cheese sauce in the bag, the girl looked and said yes it was, and again no cheese sauce at all, it was on the ticket, its over $4 extra. Called and told the girl who answered the phone that they needed to be more careful, that they were going to lose customers, her remark was that's fine and hung up. I will definitely not go there again.
I am so disappointed. My husband and I have gone to this restaurant for years and today the service was awful. We weren’t shown to a table and just pointed to a general direction and told to pick a table. We did not receive menus and it took at least 10 minutes before a server came to take drink orders. My husband ordered fajitas and was at first brought the wrong dinner and then they came back took that one and gave him the fajitas a couple minutes later and no tortillas to eat it with. Took another 5 minutes or maybe even longer until he got up to go get some himself and then the server comes over finally and we had to ask for the tortillas. Meanwhile his food was getting cold waiting on the tortillas. Probably about 10 minutes after being served his meal did he finally receive the tortillas. Drinks ran dry. Server rarely came to check on us for anything. At check out the person running it was extremely dismissive and unfriendly (the same that “showed” us to our table. Bad experience and such a shame because this has been our go to Mexican restaurant for so long. Food is great but the service has gone downhill. I suppose we will need to find another Mexican restaurant for the future. Saddens me. Truly.
The free queso is a wonderful addition. The salsa is good, but feels a little watered down. The margaritas taste good, and the pitcher comes with more than we expected.The Arroz Con Pollo was flavorful with a good portion size, but the cheese dip was a little runny.Definitely plan on coming back again soon.
33% of the food was good. Tornado Burrito was delish but we made the mistake of ordering Panchos Combo. It was all flavorless, ground beef mush, the chili relleno resembled puke covered w runny grits, it was the worst texture on the planet, the ground everything else tasted the absolute same even though they were supposed to be all different. Flavorless ground beef resembling dog food w tomato paste. The "jumbo" margarita was fine. Didn't know I ordered a jumbo until I got the bill as the "jumbo" is the normal size you'd get at every other Mexican joint between Maryville and Knoxville. Leaves a lot to be desired, won't be back.
Nice restaurant. Food is good, people are friendly. Open for dining or takeout. I've liked everything, but particularly the spinach enchiladas.
Really great foods and service. Price is really reasonable.
