I managed a Starbucks a few years ago and I know the challenge it can be to create a strong, caring culture in such a fast paced environment. So, I was excited to see the kind way the employees at this McDonald's were treating each other. I even heard one of the ladies say to the rest of the team "I love you" and the rest of the team seemed to really appreciate her as she left. I hope that is indicative of an excellent working environment.
Update 06/03/2022:This McDonald's is the absolute best!Kendall entered my order.Shortly afterwards, she alerted me to the fact that the supply of biscuits was depleted.She asked if I wanted anything during the 10 minute wait for biscuits.She brought a burrito immediately.And then delivered my order, giving me two gift cards.I expressed my sincere thanks to herI also commended the store's new manager, Kiersten.All I can say is, Wow!Thanks to McDonald's management for hiring and retaining such stellar employees, Kiersten and Kendall.----------------------Excellent food and service.
If I could leave 0 stars for this location I would!!!! Went thru drive thru, arrived at 10:55 and couldn't order a burger, so we ordered drinks. Pulled up to pay and they lost our order, got that straight and got our drinks. This process took 20 minutes, way to slow. I will never stop at this location again on our way to or from Pigeon Forge! The whole team needs replaced! Incompetent and lost they are!
This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, they can't even make a iced coffee right im in there at least twice a day and get the same thing ever time a large caramel iced Coffee with extra Caramel and they never put the extra Caramel in it"and charge me for it", it's never got ice in it but like maybe 3 or 4 peices and it's always all over the cup to the point it makes a mess in my car ?♀️ MCDONALD'S STOP HIRING THESE KIDS THATS NEVER EVEN DONE FOR THEMSELVES AT HOME. IF YOU WOULDN'T EAT OR DRINK IT THEN WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I WANT TO? ? I WISHED THIS THING HAD A ZERO STAR OPTION ?♀️ DRIVE A EXTRA COUPLE MILES AND GO TO FOOTHILLS MCDONALD'S ?

I don't go there often but whenever I do I'm never sorry I did. Today I swung by and grabbed some lunch. The person taking my order was friendly and the service was fast. The place was clean and the food was good. No complaints.
I came in and they were extremely busy but even though they were busy I only waited like 5 minutes to get my food. my fries were super hot and fresh my food tasted great and the costumer service was fantastic. I’ll definitely being coming back to this location.
when i went through the maryville mcdonald’s drive thru at 10:34 pm on march 5, 2022, the older man at the window taking payment and giving food was very impolite. didn’t say a single word to me the entire time i was there, espy when i said “thank you. have a nice night.” the fries were hot which was good but the service could’ve been 100 times better.
Working as fast as they can to keep the drive through going. It's the people making large special orders that slow it down.
Check your food here. Gave me Happy Meal fries with literally 6 fries. Not even half the already tiny container.
