I am posting for today April 25th.I ordered line at parking spot number 4. My order was called in at 4:19 pmAfter waiting until 4:35 the app said it would only take 5 minutes I went in. I finally got my food at 4:45.I was missing my chicken nuggets and my grandson apple juice.The mobile app is a waste of time.
I would never eat again we ordered an egg cheese McMuffin and my girl bit into the sandwich and instantly started throwing up said that it had a very strong taste and the inside was blue and green I asked for a refund for our entire breakfast the manager refused only giving me the refund for the McMuffin but I believe that I entire breakfast should have been free because of the experience
They usually do an outstanding job with my orders. Thanks y'all. Keep it up during these trying times!
They as a lot of fast food restaurants are moving away from being customer friendly and the quality of the food is not what it used to be for a lesser price
Don't Never go to this McDonald's and think your going to receive Every thing that you paid for. Also the $34 to feed my family is ALL COLD. The management is a joke, and somewhat found myself having to argue with them about my order, With my receipt in hand. They are not short staff, Just Rude. Period.
Way under staffed still fresh food still kinda quick but if they had enough help im sure it would have been a better experience
One of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They are super fast and efficient, yet still take the time to be friendly and personable.
The service was quick prices are cheap the staff is nice what else can I say. And the building appears to be clean from what I saw
I rarely stop at McDonalds and my experience this morning reminded me why. This McDonald’s is notorious among my coworkers for getting orders wrong. I rarely complain but this morning I went through the drive through at 7am, expecting a fresh biscuit with my highly processed sausage patty. Haha. Not the case. It had the consistency and taste of a freezer burnt and twice microwaved biscuit. Unfortunately I couldn’t go back through and get to work on time. So I ate the patty and even the doves outside my work couldn’t eat the thing and it went in the trash. Thankfully the cost was less than two dollars so I’ll chalk it up to stupidity tax and not be returning to this location in particular and probably will need some time before even considering any McDonald’s as an “in a time pinch” meal due to this awful experience.
Employees were nice and got food out on a timely manner
