Ordered our food online and showed up to a sign on the door. The door was locked but employees were inside. The employee came to the window but wouldn't open the door to address customers he instead yelled at you through the window. He stated the manager left at 10 and he was told to closed the store and lock the door and they would be giving out refunds. No orders have been honored and no refunds have been issued. Dozens of people have been robbed of their money. My boyfriend even called the police and they were of no help either. Stated to call customer service to get a refund. Customer service is closed... it's Sunday. WHY TAKE ONLINE ORDERS AND NOT CANCEL THEM? Thanks for the * impeccable* service.?
This place is horrible no staff and the people's attitude stink they have hot when ever they feel like it. And when you apply there on line application seems to always be down in my opinion the need to shut down and re work every thing and limit the numbers of orders to 4per customer these big orders are killing in-store service and that they never have any right change poorly managed and poorly staffed can't wait tell Casey's pizza opens or even the wing stop next door
We ordered a pizza, breadsticks and wings…waited 20 minutes before the online finally updated it was being prepared. If we hadn’t paid already we would’ve left. 1:30 later we had a pizza! Drinks everywhere to put in the fridge. At least 30 people inside waiting on their pizza, cause the pickup window wasn’t in service. LC need to get it together! My nephew went to buy a $7 pizza with a $10 bill and they didn’t have change to give him. Then that’s on you LC, not your customer!!!!
This is not a review about the pizza it is however to give a great review to a wonderful young lady named A.J. she had multiple grown adults just being so mean about waiting on their pizza and she clearly was doing her best!!!!!! I just want to let who ever know that girl handled it like a pro so professional and took all the bashing for no reason things take time to make and she was very, very respectful and just did amazing. A.J. if you read these review baby girl you got this and keep shining you're doing amazing and trying your best!!!!! You can't control some things. I let her know do not worry about it or the people like this. You're a super star and you got this.
Waited 40 minutes past the pick up time sent to me, and the pickup time was an hour after ordering. I asked them to check and see how much longer it would be. Employee went to check and never got back with me. Asked again about twenty minutes later, was told it would be another 35 minutes. Asked to speak to manager , he laughed at me and said they were behind. When I asked for the number for corporate, he responded “1800 pizza”. Very rude service. Asked for a refund.
This location has been lacking for at least 2 years now and I don’t quite understand why it’s still struggling as much as it is. I typically have a good experience with ordering online and using the Pizza Portal (do NOT order in store, you’ll be waiting for a long long time), but when I got home and opened my ONE pizza last night, it was totally wrong. No one ever picks up the phone here so I left feedback through the app to hopefully get a refund since I live kind of far from this location. I feel bad for the workers because something is horribly wrong here, it shouldn’t be as nuts as it is there 2 years later? Very strange.
Unfortunately all great things must come to an end. I am a long term lover of the hot and ready pizzas but apparently what this company is known for is no more. I understand inflation, I understand staffing shortage what I don't understand is how at least 5 people are working at a little Caesars and I cannot order in front of the people I just spoke with. Instead I have to order ONLINE only, which in my case was from my phone with a 2year old yelling in the car. There is literally no reason other than terrible management decisions within a company. I sat at a sign that says hot and ready for 15min while the no one spoke to me other than we are online only. You lose human contact, you lose business. I won't be back.
It does not matter if you order online or at the door it still takes 30min to a couple hours to get your pizza! I called a day ahead of time and put in order for 6 large pepperoni for a party the next day I try and call again no answer so my daughter goes up there was told that the person that answered my call the day before was not there and did not leave any orders to be filled we ordered and my daughter waited 45 min then when she went and asked they told her it was going to be an hour more. Today I am here my daughter running in and getting 2 pepperoni pizzas that guess is hat has already been a 30 min wait and I'm sure it will be way longer! If your signs and your slogan is hot n ready then it needs to be HOT N READY! the folks that work here are also very rude and take their time and just chatting away with each other as folks are waiting over an hour for a freaking pizza!
Have tried three separate times (over a couple of months) to walk in and get the as advertised " HOT AND READY" pizza only to be told it would be a 35 minute wait or we are only taking online orders today. Used to be a great place for fast and cheap pizza, saddly not anymore. ? I won't be back unless things change. And I Have been a customer since they opened.
Pizza was amazing!! Fast and ready is non existent. Not busy at all when I was there. Staff very nice but definitely need someone who knows how to run the registers
