I went during lunch on a Wednesday. The drive-through only had four cars, but it took about five minutes per car to process through the drive-through. I ordered the #1 - 4 Krystals, fries, and a Coke. I received 2 Krystals, a small chili dog, and a Coke. I didn’t know that the order was wrong until I was about 10 minutes away. So shame on me for not checking it when I received it.I understand everyone is understaffed, but when the orders are being processed so slowly, that should help to get them right.
The only place that served us so late. They were a lifesaver in more than one way!I was on a motorcycle at the drive thru. The bag containing the food tore as I took possession, spilling on the ground.My reaction was to try and save it as it fell.This caused me to lose balance of the bike and it fell , pinning my wife's leg. I wasn't strong enough to right it by myself but I was strong enough to keep it somewhat off of her.I couldn't let it go because it would have more seriously injured her leg.The guy at the window ran out and helped me right the bike. And replaced our food.Truly went above and beyond!
I wasn't a huge fan, lol! But, our brother and sister-in-law have these gigantic pit bully dogs and they love these hamburgers. So, we stop and get them a treat!? The owner replied to me, and therefore I changed my mind!? After speaking to my brother and sister-in-law, they also love Krystal hamburgers, I didn't think those big old bully dogs were eating all of those hamburgers,? we were buying them by the sack full! Lol, you just never know!? Obviously, they have a good product! It's not my place to slam a business especially in this day and age. I just try to point out the positives!✅ And, in my opinion, ownership, quality ownership, is an extreme positive!⭐ Here's a picture of one of the pups (Sheba) and her pet cat Mr Pepper! ???. ?
Krystal's we're hot and fresh. Chocolate milkshake was chocolate on the bottom and vanilla on top. This is the reason milkshakes aren't good anymore. Drive through was slow only taking 2 orders at the window. The ones sitting at the menu board have to wait until one car leaves the window and the 2nd ones pays.
It's okay to grab a quick little lunch there, used to frequent this store quite often when I worked for Newell brands.
The staff were extremely friendly! The food was delicious and made correctly. Definitely going back soon!
Food was hot and good order was right bless the ❤ of drive thru person it was a very busy day and he was sweet and nice and very aplogezes for the wait. Will go back
The worker lied about my fries and I ordered plain fries and they gave me seasoned fries.
The Greasy Burgeir was yum in my tum. I'v gained at least 50 pounds since I eat here everyday. NO Regrets!!! I take my kids here all the time. They're a little overweight but at least its cheap! The staff makes me feel more loved than my parents ever did. One time they didn't even make me pay, it was All for free!!! The bathrooms are also exquisite, Somtimes I go and sit in the restroom when im sad!:) Love the food
I'd give less stars for all the stomach problems after eating krystals but that's my own poor life choice ?
