They cannot seem to fix a simple problem with a online order that went to their store the WRONG Store they charged Me and I never picked the food upSo in reality it likely sat there and they chose not to call the person and see where they were or just didn't care especially since I called and asked for it to be canceled. I called and keep getting the run around next is BBB
I ordered the simple breakfast, I believe that's what it's called. Anyways I asked for over medium eggs. yoke runny, whites done. Well they came out completely dried not once but twice and third time was the charm. She said it was a new cook, so she suggested the other cook to remake them for the 3rd time. Waitress was nice, but wasn't a good one. She tried so A for effort.
One of my absolute favorites.... But can be er decide between breakfast and dinner . There Breakfast skillet with sausage, egg, cheese, peppers, & onions couldn't be get any better than this..... Until you try the PhillyCheese steak sandwich which is simply heaven everytime I order it with the marvelous steak fries.... I order both... Eat one . Eat and take the other home for dinner.... Can't ask for any better.... Love IHop !!!
Excellent service from our waitress Cookie. We didn't have to wait long for anything. They were very busy this morning but worked together as a team to get the job done. The food was excellent.Thank you Cookie you are an excellent waitress.
The server was awesome and the food was awesome.
We went Christmas day and it was packed. Even with being short staffed they were able to keep it flowing smoothly and got people in and out with only a 15 to 20 minute wait.

Felt discriminated on, due to I was solo. People came in after me, with 3-4 people and they were seated before I was, and after waiting twice the estimated time . I was told it would be an additional 45 min. It would have been over 1 hr. of waiting.This was on Veterans Day...and I'm a Veteran
The service was great!! The food wasn't as good as it has been in the past, may have just been an off day ??♀️
Super friendly waitress but the wait was super long because they were short staffed. Food was good though
