Terrible, they were very slow. I should say the boy taking the orders was. The food was sitting up there for a while and the cook finally had to tell him everything for my order was up there already.
Got two sandwiches with a coupon. Shift manager had to call to young man to come and take my order and then had to show him how to ring up order. She was quick and made sure he saw how to handle the coupon. Sandwiches were ready quickly and well made.
Worst 2 Frisco combos I've ever attempted to eat!!!!!
Oh my, was I surprised by the deliciousness of the food from here! I often go to Wendy's, which has really good fast food, but the food from this Hardee's was quite a lot better. Also, the drive thru was efficient and the employee who handled my order was very friendly. I'll be back!
I order chicken biscuits and the biscuits was do so hard on the outside could bit in it so ask for another why did I do that for that one was harder..so I eat my chicken without the biscuits and the potatoes round was so grease. So the food and attitude was like I don't give a f××k attitude.

Let me say that I really enjoy Hardee's burgers. I just do not enjoy this one. The staff is super slow, rude and reflects bad on the owner. this is not based on just one visit. I work in Alcoa and this is the nearest Hardee's to me. Even though I know I am going to get terrible service, after a couple of months I really get the craving so I give it another try. This time was the last. One worker, propped up against the counter, headset on, watching videos on her phone. Looked at me multiple times and NEVER offered to help. The cook looked at me numerous times as I patiently waited. Never a word. The other employee actually doing something came to the register right next to me, did something to it, and was walking off without saying a word when i asked " are you taking orders today?" she just starred at me. Finally taking my order, I still stood there as she walked away. Never saying another work. Good job Hardee's. I hope you clean up that establishment, because it looks bad on what is a really good QSR.
Sat for 20min in drive thru after they had opened at 5 am then got a biscuit and gravy meal with hash rounds and I guess a sausage sausage that looks half button off.wth
