Pulled Pork, Sausage, Brisket, ribs baked beansWas better than it looks. Got there late, so a little dry, but that's on me, I know better. With the visit of your in the area.

Tried for the first time tonight and it was AMAZING! Every single item we ordered was hot and fresh and full of flavor! We had pork plates, rib plate, and bbq chicken plate with mac n cheese, baked beans, green beans, slaw, and potato salad. EVERYTHING was fantastic! Definitely stop and grab some food here! And if you have kids, they have bubbles, chalk, checkers, and corn hole for entertainment. As a mom of multiples, this is a sanity-saver!

Located in an Old Gas Station, this is hands down the best BBQ in the area. Fresh, clean and great for catering larger families for on the go dinners. Smoked beef brisket, chicken, beans, macaroni and cheese.

I'm not from around here and this is my 1st time eating here. Heard good things about it but this experience was not what I heard. There was only 1 other couple ahead of us and we had a small order so I don't think it was hard to do our order. I ordered a brisket plate, yet I did not receive any biscuits in either plate nor any BBQ sauce and that's when I realized just how dry the meat was. Good thing they gave me a kid size portion for the price because than I would've suffered twice. I plan on never eating here again and I would advise yall not too either. I tried ro reach them after driving all the way home but the teleservice says there is no one available and hangs up in me, it's still 2 hrs til closing. Spending $50 to ear out and getting this level of service is not worth it with gas prices the way they are.

I ordered the Smokey bowl (pork) and a side of mac n cheese to have for dinner on 5/24. And I woke up at midnight and was very sick. I vomited for 2 hours off and on. I had to crawl on the bathroom floor. I was up all night and have even been nauseous throughout this next morning. Food poisoning! Super fast service but something in their food made me sick. Subpar sweet tea. All young kids working. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!Note: I took this picture because it was my first time eating there and I wanted to show some friends of mine what the ‘Smokey bowl’ looked like.

We used to love this place and never had issues! Today was not a good experience. We ordered the Family pack and asked for the pup cup….the kid who took our order said absolutely. No other customers were there at all. When he brought our order he advised that it was in the bag. Got home…no pup cup like he promised and we gave an extra tip for him. Called and spoke with a female employee just to advise….hateful, rude and hung up on me. This place will fail if you don’t seek better customer service. My first complaint ever in my life!

I'm usually not a fan of chain barbecue but Full Service is the exception to the rule. I've even had them cater a small event, and it was great! They are priced competitively with some of the national brands, but their food is real barbecue and not cheap meat smothered in liquid smoke.

Most of the time, Full Service meets or exceeds my expectations. Yesterday was different. We had friends in fromTexas who were comparing barbecue in East Tennessee to that back home in Texas, stating how the brisket was more like thick-sliced roast beef. We told them we always got our brisket from a place in town that was as close to good Texas brisket as you could get… I told them they couldn’t tell the difference. When we went by to pick up two pounds (and pay $54), we confirmed that it was sliced even though I told my husband it was always sliced. We got home, opened up the containers and darn, one pound was just big chunks and the other pound was sliced in 3/4 inch slices. It had good flavor, but we all thought it tasted and cut more like roast beef - much more marbled and less dense than most briskets. Maybe we can blame it on the pandemic and food shortages? I don’t know, but I won’t be buying brisket from Full Service again… we’ll just get our friend to smoke one for us!

My wife went to pick up three pulled pork sandwiches on her way home. 30 minutes after she ordered, I called her and she was still waiting for them. They did not come back to apologize or say it’s taking longer than expected. After 40 minutes she got them and came home. They were not busy.We paid extra for slaw on two of the sandwiches. The photos show how much slaw we got. We may as well have got none. You could not taste it.She asked for their Carolina mustard BBQ sauce and they gave us one tiny thing of it for all three sandwiches. The pork was dry.We live a couple of minutes drive from Full Service but have not been for a few years. They used to be good. I’m not sure what’s changed but this is no longer the best in the area. In fact today’s experience was one of the worst.

Would not recommend. I should have known not to go back. Last time I ordered the nacho’s and they forgot the meat, time before the bbq sauce. This time it made me sick looking at it.
