This always happens.They also always forget the pickle in the bag and had no forks (I understand supply issues)Unfortunately, I was not the one that picked it up to confirm and give it right back. My husband picked it up for me today and he did not verify at the store. But at the same time it is the responsibility of the employees to confirm that the paper and the food match.When I pay over $10 for a salad that I can make for $4 at home, I expect it to be correct.After all, us customers pay for service not just the food.Sorry for the negative review, but this happens every time at Maryville location and never never in Knoxville.So I couldn’t eat my salad during my picnic and I got to watch everyone else eat their food
Ordered mobile. $30 bucks for 2 subs as a combo. Chip bags weren't even half full. Not a great bang for your buck. Subs were good but the bag exploded from the bottom from being soaked from something
the manager is the rudest person i have EVER come in contact with. she’s hateful and raises her voice at me every time i go in there. on top of that, there was plastic in my boyfriends sandwich.
The food was great but the people cleaning the dining room should go away from people sweeping and spaying cleaner around the table next to you as you eat please wait until people are at least a couple tables away and please avoid sweeping dust while people are trying to eat other than that the food is great!
Ordered 2 times in January totalled approx. $ 80.00 and yesterday $40.00. First time I called in the order for husband to pick up. When called, the person who took order was abrupt, rude and condescending. My husband came home with food and stated "quite the attitude, person had no customer service skills." I gave her the benefit of the doubt and stated perhaps she's just busy, which is a good thing.Yesterday, ordered $40.00 worth of food and asked for a box. Manager was quite arrogant, "We don't give out boxes, they're all broken down." I then asked for a broken down box which were right within view. Her response "NO." SHE has absolutely NO customer service skills. I requested perhaps a small (bread) box which were packed quite high within view, her response "NO, we can't take bread out!"TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I needed a box to send to my son who is serving in the military and is also a trained firefighter.I can't comprehend anything so inane that a manager can't problem solve something such as this easy and simple as this request.I've never experienced this type of behavior at a managerial level; and I hope I never have to in the future. Never going back!
Ate there awhile back, was'nt all that great, figured we would give it another shot my wife's sandwich was so soggy she had to use a fork, and after eating half of it made her sick. Definetly won't be back
Very friendly staff members. The older gentleman that took my order was super nice and was very welcoming in I will definitely go back the dining area is clean and The food is excellent.
Love firehouse subs, they are so good. Food quality has not let me down yet and their cherry limeaid is the best you can get.
They claim that Wednesday is kids eat free, but aren't able to do the basic math to subtract the entire price of the meal from the bill, because "the list" tells them how much to subtract and it doesn't reflect their recent price increase. When I pointed this out they did nothing, and then proceeded to not charge the person in line behind me for her sandwich at all, just because they like her.
