The coffee is always amazing, however, the food is always trash. Got the mini bagel bites this morning and they were so hard couldn't bite into them. I had to throw them away. I know food is bought frozen and cooked like that but dang it is almost unedible. I have been going for years and will continue to go for the coffee

Ii visited on a Sunday morning. The line was long and slow moving. I got a dozen mixed donuts and and iced macchiato. The drink was good but the donuts didn't seem as fresh as they do at the other locations. I ate only 1 and ended up throwing a couple of them away. Not impressed, however I'll try them again on a different day and time and see how it goes.
Experience here was not the best. We came here in the morning so it may not have been helped but the service was bad. They wouldn't call our the names of orders very loudly so there were a few of us just standing there waiting while our drinks were already on the counter getting cold.My only other complaint is that the hash browns had a bad aftertaste.

Come on people, please make ONE dedicated drive-thru line! YOU HAVE LINES COMING IN FROM TWO DIRECTIONS.It is not fun to sit four or five back in line and watch people come in from the other direction and cut in front of you.After looking back through all the low star complaints about mixed up orders and poor customer service with no responses from management, I'm sure nothing will be done
Love my Dunkin donuts coffee. Service is always good , but this is the second time I have gone thru in the morning and ordered two orders of the avocado toast with bacon and there is no bacon.
busy but clean, friendly people. I subtracted a star because they didn't have the donut I wanted. You would think they would make enough cake with chocolate icing donuts.
Ok the word " donut" " do not" add up. Sorry donuts here just don't cut it for me. No matter what time of day I have been there they just do not taste fresh maybe it's the way they are cooked. However I give 4 stars because coffee is great ( one can actually drink it when they serve it to you" service is great. Always busy and I like to see a business busy so they are doing something right. Maybe it's just my preference in taste. I'd give 5 stars if donuts were fluffier??? My opinion for what it is worth
