I just received a chicken Alfredo from this location at 2636 US-411 S Maryville, TN 37801.It’s probably filled with 1/3 of the product I requested, there’s barely any sauce in it, which leaves the noodles dry. I’ve ordered this item multiple times and have never received it looking the way this looks. Anyone would rightfully be upset with how this looks. The reason I’m giving two stars is because the gentleman inside handle it quickly and professionally. Although he stated I was given a coupon for the item, looking at the receipt there is no coupon so I did in fact pay $7.99 for it.
The pizza is always wonderful BUT...I wish that the driver would read the delivery instructions. Why ask for instructions if they're going to be ignored! This is our third delivery where the driver admitted that he did not read the instructions! I now have to stand outside to intercept our pizzas before they are delivered to the wrong residence. It's very Inconvenient & Aggravating!
Ordered online and waited 30 min then it said it was ready for pick up. Takes me 10-15 to get there. So I try to pick up my order and they said it wasn’t ready yet. I said the app said it was done 15 min ago. They said you can’t go by the app I’m like that’s what the app is for to tell you when it’s done. So I had to wait another 30 min for my order after the app said it was done. Manger was rude and didn’t say sorry or offer anything for the long wait.
I always get delivery. I have never had an issue and everyone is always really nice! They let me know it’s easier for them if I put the maryville college address & name of dormitory instead of a dormitory address— I was happy to fix that and glad it’s less confusing now. Food is always good, not had any problems thus far! Thank you guys for bringing me pizza on my bad days.
They charge for red pepper $1:50in my life I pay frist time (50 cent ok but there is too much I never go back in this location) I told them well done one of my pizza but it was not I didn’t eat
By far my favorite pizza place. I love their pizzas and other dishes they offer. We pick up our order because they don't deliver where we currently live. But still that's no big deal. ❤❤

Food was left under heat lamp over 30 minutes and still wasnt ready to be delivered when I called store. They expected me to take food that was not fresh. Poor way to do business! This was not the forst time this has happened
My sandwich was disgusting. I have ordered the same sandwich for 5 years and it has never been like this. It was uneatable.
