Very poor! Called because we were waiting for our pizza for over an hour when we were told 35-45 mins for delivery. When calling was told that our one pizza hadn't been started yet and that the wait time for delivery is more like 2 hours. Why not say that when people call them?? Just be honest! I would have had more respect for your location!
This location is very poorly managed. I called on 6/16/22 around 3pm to place a large order for a local school for the next day. I had to call twice as no one answered the first time and the automated message finally told me no one was available. The second time, I had to wait over 7 min while hearing the advertisements, and then a beeping sound (like a fax machine) came on and disconnected the line. I ended up calling a competitor.When I called a week ago, the staff informed me that they didn’t deliver to the school, which is 8 min away, and advised me to call another location, which is over 20 min from the school.Apparently this location doesn’t want business.
Went to pick up an order tonight at the exact time we were told it was supposed to be ready. Waited in line an additional 10 minutes only to be told that our order hadn't even been started on yet. They first tried to blame it on a power outage so I asked when the power was out and they said it was 2 hours ago which was over an hour before we placed our order. After I pointed it out they admitted that their system doesn't give them accurate pick up times. They obviously know that people won't place orders if they are told it will be an hour and a half so they are lying about their times to get more orders. Every person who came in while I was there was told that their order was going to be an additional 20 to 45 minutes so clearly it's their business model to operate this way.
Usually have a SUPERB experience at this location. I'm kind of addicted to their pizza though, which is definitely problematic.
My usual go to Pizza & pasta stop and it's always fresh and delicious.all Employees are polite from the store to the delivery.
New years eve evening crew was phenomenal!!! Best customer service I've seen in my life and I have been a bartender and server for 15+ years so I am very picky! Bone-in chicken wings were horrible. Just plain bad quality. Soggy and tasteless... But I want to thank all who endured that shift with a smile like they did! You guys are the epitome of great work in a post pandemic economy!!
I had just came out of the Alcoa Walmart. I wanted to order pizza and take it home to watch TV. I called the Domino's at 2535 E Washington Ave. Their system recognized my number and began to ask me questions. It told me what I had gotten before. Did I want it again. I said yes and placed my order. By the time I got there there was two cars in the drive thru. It didn't take but a minute and each car got their order and left. My order was waiting on me when I got there. It was correct and the pizza was good like always. I definitely recommend this location. I have never had any problems from there. So when I want pizza. This is my only stop.
This is the only Domino's we use. We have a Domino's closer to our house but we always order from E. Broadway. It's so much worth the extre few miles.
I’m don’t like to complain about stuff but this is really gross… I found a hair in my pizza..
Fast great. Hot and a drive thru window after dark still working pizza place.
