Walked in to get takeout. Ordered over the counter and food was ready in appr 12 minutes. Tasty Chinese takeout.
I had all but given up on finding a Chinese restaurant near my home since the two closest to me offered expensive food and unfriendly service. Fortunately, my husband did a web search and found China House. The young woman who took our order was helpful by describing the dishes and sauces. We ate at the restaurant and could hear the food cooking as they prepared it. It arrived piping hot and was delicious. I had the garlic shrimp, my husband opted for General Tso's Chicken, and we were both delighted with the meal. The combination plates come with fried or white rice (it's nice having a choice) and an eggroll. The drinks - soda and water - came with the meal. A great experience that will have us returning to China House.
I've been going here for 4 years and haven't ever had any issues they're fantastic. Thank you for providing reliable service!
Googled what chow mein was to make sure I wasn't crazy, its what we ordered but that's not what we received. Everything had a kind of foul odor and unappealing texture. The egg rolls were good. Very odd experience. Very surprising bc the reviews are the only reason we chose here.

I’ve been ordering for years. Always good food at a decent value. Friendly family owned establishment.
Food was good but stood waiting to place my order for about 10min before they noticed me?
Delicious food, hot and quickly prepared. A good spot for lunch. Take out only.
Not my favorite any longer. I swear things have changed there and it's best to just go to Knoxville now cause they got too expensive. We spent almost $40 on 4 dried out hard to eat chicken sticks, two small egg drop soups, two spring rolls, low mein noodle, and pork fried rice. It just wasn't what it use to be and now more expensive. The egg drop soup tasted stretched out with extra water, chicken on a stick wasn't even worth eating, since it is as dried out like it had been reheated possibly many times. The low mein wasn't all that either. It hardly had rice or chicken in it like I asked. They must be on a budget or something. Not worth the money, but I guess it makes you full.
We went by the reviews and gave this place a shot. The chicken in our sweet and sour chicken was cooked the way we liked it, however the rice was not the best and the onions in it were not cut up small, I hate onions but will eat if cut smaller and the egg roll was just nasty.
